The rug is great and I love it but it was unable to be delivered to my door or even my town. Customer service did try to help but it was quicker for me to drive the hour into the city to collect it so I did so. It's not like other rugs that you roll up, I guess this is what makes it able to go in the wash. It doesn't move on our wooden floors either. It's not thick like traditional rugs but the other attributes make it very clever.

Excellent service and easy return. The best return experience yet.

I have a few Ruggable rugs and I think they're great. However, the three runners that I bought recently (with rug pads) don't sit securely on the floorboards, but keep moving. The floorboards are oiled not polished. So I can't understand why this is happening, but it is quite disconcerting. I would hesitate to buy more runners using this structure.

We love our rug and the pattern is exactly as advertised. No issues with delivery. The hardest part was choosing which rug, as there were so many lovely patterns and colours. I would have given 5 stars except for one annoyance, which is the amount of advertising emails (before and after sale!).

I purchased a hallway runner of which there were many choices. The website was easy to navigate and delivery was reasonably quick. When I received it I was pleased that the colours were very close to what I had expected and the quality was excellent. I would recommend your company to anyone looking to purchase a rug.

This is my 3rd purchase. Love love my rugs. Hubby tested the wash ability of the kitchen runner. Dropped a large container of beetroot on it. Honestly it looked like a crime scene. Removed excess juice and put the runner into the washing machine and prayed to the rug gods that it would come out clean. It did. Soooo happy.

I ordered my rug on the 7th March and received it on the 14th. I was sceptical about the delivery initially after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

The rug washes well. Colours are a bit dull than the pics but it doesn’t matter to me.

I don’t need the rug underlay. As the rug sits well and a cheap rug corner holder would have done the trick effectively. It was an unnecessary expense.

Easy site navigation, great communication, items have consitently shipped on time and delivered as advised. The rugs and doormats I have purchased over the years are high quality, washable as stated and are resilient. They look the business and feel great under foot. Cannot recommend more highly.
