Very easy to book and collect the machine from a local supermarket and buy the cleaning solution there.
Spent most of a day cleaning the carpets, then found it equally easy to return the machine to the same collection point.

Absolutely not worth the money
Absolutely not worth the money. The carpet cleaner I rented was completely unmaintained, dirty, and the brush roll didn't work at all. It's unacceptable to rent out faulty and dirty equipment. Management needs to inspect their items before handing them over to customers. Avoid!

Easy to collect but filthy
Easy to collect and fine to use. However the machine was absolutely filthy when I collected it. Spent an hour cleaning dog hair out of it before I could use it. It’s very clunky for a small space, previous carpet cleaners I’ve used have looked more like hoovers but this was like a lawnmower. 3 stars because the carpets are looking much better!

Actual usage of machine
All went smoothly, easy collection and return. A suggestion would be to include brief instructions for the use of machine. Filling up etc is ok.

Consistently Good
Machine was very clean on pickup and proved to be very efficient on my carpets. Used the hand tool for awkward corners and then did the stairs. Have used Rug Doctor many times and will continue to do so.

Easy collection of the machine, just type in the code you are given and take it from the locker. It cleaned the carpet really well and the carpet cleaning solution not to expensive either.
