This was a trip of a lifetime. Of course the icing on the cake was the win in Durban but RTI is absolutely fantastic and everyday was brilliantly organised. Highly recommend RTI to future travellers xx

RTlI s response to flight cancellations…
RTI s response to flight cancellations due to flooding in Dubai, while not of their making,was wholly inadequate, unprofessional,unhelpful and unacceptable.We booked with them as they were to provide assistance if anything untoward happened.They left us in Dublin airport to find accomodation in Dublin at 9pm with no assistance ..the reps response being I don't know where I'm sleeping myself!We had to rebook return flights through Amsterdam as we were told we couldn't come back on the RTI Emirates flight if and when it was rearranged nor could they guarantee if we waited that we would get to SA in time for the match.I left Tipperary at midday on Wed 17 April & arrived in Pretoria at 2.30 am on Sat 20th at an additional cost of 1,275.35. RTI have paid 60 euro to cover both the loss of time and events they didn't provide and additional costs incurred.We did not let all the hassle, lack of assistance, info etc spoil our trip and Gemma in Dublin was a notable exception, very helpful on our return. I would be very slow to travel with this company in the future and could not recommend it.

We has the trip of a lifetime with RTI on the 2024 Munster Tour to South Africa! 5 star accommodation and top class activities, while being chaperoned by great guides who took care of everything and ensured that we had great fun!
Unbelievable value for all that was included in our trip!

RTI explores South Africa
RTI organised a great trip, we saw a lot in South Africa, 2 Munster wins ensured the supporters were happy and we also thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of Sun City and the excitement of seeing 4 out of the big 5 on Safari, we tried new foods and the famous South African wine and made fantastic new friends along the way. The RTI staff did everything they could for us and ensured we got to experience as much as possible during the trip, well worth it.

Rugby tour South Africa
We recently took a rugby tour to South Africa with RTI. Could not have enjoyed it more. It was every thing it was meant to be. Hotels were excellent. Locations for tours , safari and wine tour were superb. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and would do it again

Extremely Disappointing..…
We attended the Rugby World Cup final on the 28th Oct 2023. The location and standard of the hotel plus the category 4 tickets were not what we expected. Given the amount we paid for the package...what we got was bitterly disappointing.

Hospital pass from Rugby Travel Ireland
Booked RWC package with a 4* hotel several months ago (2 families). Couple of weeks ago they said they had a problem with hotel. Then I get confirmation that they have put my family in a different "4 star" hotel. I check the website and it is a 2/3 * hotel with consistently awful reviews. I emailed Rugby Travel Ireland however they are not responding
