I recently bought a Maori hoodie from Rugbyhaven, and I’m really impressed! There was a slight issue with my order, but their customer service quickly resolved it, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the hoodie. The design is fantastic, and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this shop!

Order placed 6 weeks ago. Tracking number invalid. Numerous emails to customer care. No proper response. No refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Made a purchase. Everything look official. Tracking number does not exist. Pure scam . No contact and email does not work . Please keep far far away from this site .

It is now 30 days since I placed my order with your company. Despite assurances from you that my order is in transit, it still remains at point of origin according to Shop Store tracking.

I have applied to my bank for return of funds.

You state that my order was sent out however tracking order supplied is not recognised by China Post.

I have also reported your company to ShopStore, for false and misleading information.

Auch meine Erfahrungen mit rugbyjoy möchte ich hier teilen. Ich habe mir dort dieses stylische 100th Anniversary T-Shirt bestellt. Den Bildern zufolge ist es von Adidas. Bezahlt habe ich den Artikel mit Paypal (zum Glück). Nach 1 Woche habe ich den Support per Mail angeschrieben (Mary Hill) und ja, ich habe eine schnelle Antwort bekommen und dazu noch eine freundliche. Das hat mir ein gutes Gefühl bei der ganzen Sache gegeben. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass ich bis dahin noch keine Bewertungen über diesen Shop gelesen hatte. Nach ein paar Tagen bekam ich dann eine zweite Antwort mit einer Paketverfolgungsnummer. Das hat mich überrascht, da das Paket per China Post verschickt wurde. Nun hatte ich Zweifel, dass es sich um ein Originalprodukt handelt und es sich um einen seriösen Shop handelt. Ich habe den Support erneut angeschrieben und „Mary“ hat schnell geantwortet und meine Fragen heruntergespielt. Ich habe dann Paypal kontaktiert. Die wussten schon über den Shop Bescheid und die Rückbuchung hat nur 10 Minuten gedauert. Ich kann nur davor warnen, dort zu bestellen.

My son ordered a rugby top 15 days ago and it has still not been shipped . Have sent 2 emails to customer service and no response what so ever. Awful scam site.

Ordered an Argentina rugby top almost 3 weeks ago and it arrived today. I'd been worried after reading some of the reviews here, but the top arrived within 3 weeks as promised, it's genuine World Cup merchandise and I'm very happy with it. The sizing guide was also spot on. I'd usually order a medium or large, but the sizing guide told me I needed XL and sure enough it fits very well.

I waited 10 months, never got the hoodie nor the pants i ordered. Paid 140€ and didn't even get the refunds.

Do. Not. Use. This. Company.

Liars and theirs, absolutely trash items and counterfeit goods. Definitely not Adidas.
Cheap Chinese rubbish. DO NOT BUY from these , they are NOT rugby heaven, like they pretend to be.

I received my order and I am absolutely disappointed for a number of reasons.
My order is size 3XL. The product is not 3XL. This size is Asian 3XL, which is EU Large.
Rugbyheaven website led us ( your customers ) to believe your product is a European made and sized. But Asian product instead. Which is quite deceiving for consumers.
The quality of the hoodie is crap !! If this is a European product, the fabric quality is garbage. I will never recommend your online site.
Your service is terrible.
Overall negative consumer experience !! So disappointing!

J'ai commandé 2 sweat le 02/12/24, aucun suivi de commande donc j'envoie un mail où on m'envoie un numéro et où on me dit que ca va arriver.
Société basé à Dublin mais quand on regarde le numéro de suivi, le colis part d'Asie ! 1er 😡. Le colis fini par arriver le 28/12. J'ouvre le colis, 2eme 😡 1 seul sweat, le deuxième absent. J'envoie un nouveau mail où on me dit que le produit était en rupture au moment de l'envoi.... ça aurait été bien de prévenir!!!!!😡😡😡
J'ouvre le sweat arrivé, sac adidas, toutes les étiquettes adidas, mais je doute fortement ! Il est pas plus épais qu'un polo avec une qualité déplorable avec un effet plastique. 3eme😡. J'envoie un nouveau mail où mon correspondant ignore complètement mes remarques sur la qualité désastreuse de leurs produits.

Jersey according to the order and delivered in 3 week in Belgium, what a normal period is knowing that it is coming from China.
There's a confusion with the uk company Heaven rugby : not nice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! These people are the scrummiest scammers EVER-- I ordered two 3XL jerseys and they sent me extra small sizes for my order. Repeated emails back and forth did nothing and I later found out they are based out of China and won't do returns.

I should have googled reviews for Rugby Haven before I purchased my son’s Adidas football boots. I purchased Adidas Predators on sale (still paid $209 AUD). They took so long to arrive that the football season started and I had to buy him another pair from Rebel Sport. When they eventually arrived (after contacting customer service “Anna” to see what was causing the delivery delay) they did not fit my son. I again contacted customer service seeking a refund or exchange as we could not use the boots. Was told then about the policy on return of sale items. So now I am stuck with a pair of boots that my son can’t wear and I have paid $209 plus shipping for. I am reluctant to try and resell online as I am concerned they are actually fakes. Terrible terrible company.

Order did arrive in 10 days (from China) but obviously fake. It was cheap (40 EUR) but I don´t like fake stuff so not worth it. Given that they are in China no return is possible or worth my time...

Up-Date - I raised my concerns with their service department and they refunded me in full. This was quick and hassle-free.

Recently, I bought a few items from them. The customer service was super friendly and helpfull. The items arrived in perfect condition, and the quality is excellent. I will definitely come back for more!

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. The shirts are fake. The sizes too small. When I called them out on the fake shirts, after they claimed they are genuine, they stopped communicating with me.

EDIT (added after their reply): Thanks for your reply here, yet you have ignored my emails for 3 weeks now. What is your address so I can exchange my shirts for the correct size?

Original shipment was canceled. Had to contact customer service to get new shipment information. Order arrived late. Clothing item was too small. Rugby Haven then refused to issue a refund or accept a return because it was a item on sale. This policy of no refunds on sales items is not presented at the time of purchase. It is buried in the fine print in the return policy. Will not be doing business with them again.

I believe this to be either a fraudulent online store or grossly incompetent. Either way I would avoid. I purchased a rugby top 4 months ago as a Christmas Present. It never came. When I queried this I was told I should speak to the post office. I pointed out that the onus was not on me to chase the post office but on the retailer. I was assured it would be looked into. Long story short, 4 months later I’m still being told that an internal investigation with the logistics team is pending. It’s a shambles and I would avoid at all costs.

Following this review I received the rugby top on the 7th May (delivered by Evri and not the Post Office), nearly 6 months after ordering. The good news to therefore convey, is that it’s not a scam.
