I went into the purchase nervous, but selecting the game and the desired ticketed area was easy. Fees were transparent, and while you don't get the actual tickets until a week or two out from the event, they arrived early, were easy to download / print, and they worked perfectly at the game itself.

I was a little wary of buying Six Nations tickets on this site as it's a secondary reseller but after registering for an account and asking when my tickets would be delivered, I was assured by a very polite and helpful customer service agent called Ben that the tickets were fully guaranteed and would arrive in plenty of time. I had two tickets for England versus France at the Stade de France in Paris for Saturday 14 March. Not only did they arrive four days before the match, delivered by Ben, but they were exactly what I had ordered in terms of location inside the stadium. I had an unforgettable experience thanks to Ben's help and support, which was outstanding. I will definitely be buying tickets through Rugby Box Office again.

Je viens d’acheter des billets pour le Crunch France Angleterre de ce weekend. Billet commandé le vendredi matin et reçu le vendredi après-midi par e-mail. Bonjour, nous avons acheté des places en face de la ligne des 22 m. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le virage des places à 400 € qui, en réalité n’en valait que 100. Très déçu de notre expérience que nous ne renouvelons pas. C’est une vraie escroquerie, très déçue de ce site.

Rapide efface et sans soucis ! Grace à eux j’ai pu réaliser mon rêve d’aller voir un match de rugby. Merci encore 🥰

Well first i was affraid, i was petrified. Indeed, to spend 800 euros on a rugby match. Then communication was there, they spent sole time explaining me the process and even sent a personnalised card because, come on. When u buy tickets that price, you want them immediatly. I had to wait few weeks before i got them, but they are here!!! So happy!! Thanx!!

So che non dipende dal venditore, ma mi sono preso l'influenza giorni prima della partita.
Stavo troppo male per scendere da Milano a Roma per vedere la partita.
Un rimbroso, anche parziale per quello che ho speso, non sarebbe stato male.
