Very helpful staff
Bought my first acoustic kit from Rubix. Having little experience they helped me choose a suitable kit and were kind enough to come and set it up as well. Nice to see some companies offering personal service.

Support your local drum store
Friendly helpful no hard sell and a goddess in the repair shop who sorted out a problem with my Pearl 1980s cymbal boom arm(that's taken me 6 years to sort) within minutes..what's not to like?

Great advice, atmosphere, products and prices.
Rubixdrums is a warm welcoming place - the products and range of products are second to none. Everyone there is keen to help and to give the best possible advice. They took time out to formulate a fantastic drum conversion and locate the parts for a floor tom which has worked superbly and kept the integrity of the shell. Excellent atmosphere, showroom and practice room.

Great service and staff.
I placed an order with Rubix Drums one day and it arrived the next day, very fast delivery and my items were packed beautifully. Very pleased with everything that I’ve ordered in the past and will continue to order from them in the future. Rubix Drums are my ‘go to’ drum store.
