Easy to use website and fast delivery

Easy to use website and fast delivery. I received my order much faster than I expected. Further information on whether or not I could have ordered the ferrules I needed VAT free would have been helpful but not an issue really. I was ordering to replace worn out ferrules on behalf of someone who cannot walk without a zimmer frame at all. I was not sure if this allowed me to order minus VAT or not. If the need arises I will definitely use you again.

Great service

Great service, I ordered the wrong item - glides instead of ferules. After emailing the company, was phoned by helpful member of staff and an exchange of glides for ferules was quickly arranged.

Does the job

Easy to order, great selection and fast delivery. On sizing would be good to give an indication of stretch, e.g. 28 m will fit 28-30mm?

EXCELLENT!

Very good customer service. I've just got back from Spain the rubber ends for my crutches were brilliant. Felt safer thank you

Today I fitted ferrules to 95 chairs

Today I fitted ferrules to 95 chairs.
This instead of buying new chairs.
Cost? 91p per chair.
I cannot speak higher of this company.
Spoke to William who sent me a few free samples to ensure the size was right and gave a few tips about technique. Excellent speedy service.
I honestly thought that this kind of service wasn't available any more!

Prompt and efficient service. Good value for the product and great to have a phone line to speak to a human if needed. So important these days for those who don’t have the internet.

You couldn't ask for better customer service.

You couldn't ask for better customer service, I ordered a product online and an hour later they got in contact with me, there was a problem with my order, a couple of emails later it was resolved, to my satisfaction.
I will quite happily use them again. Thanks Peter and staff.
