The items worked ok. It’s just a pity that there are not one or two sizes as a lot of cutting was involved with the fitting.

I bought a new 3 piece with recliner chairs, these are heavy and hard to move. After some research I found ptfe castor cups that slot over the existing feet on the chairs on the rubber ferrules websites, wow what a difference they make, the chairs are so much easier to move. Rubber Ferrules are a fantastic company to deal with and if they don't have it, it probably isn't made. Highly recommend.

Brilliant customer service on the telephone, advised me what size I needed for my crutch and dispatched it the same day.
I had a hip replacement at the end of August this year and the weather had just got wet, wet, wet! so my walking progress was being hampered by the crutches slipping!
A friend told me about rubber ferrules and I am so happy with the result, I can now get out and about in wet or dry weather and know that I am less likley to slip on any surface with this brilliant design, well done!

It was a good easy sale, reasonable and a good product. It arrived in good time, safely wrapped. Sadly it was a light grey colour which doesn't look good on a black stick with some bright colours but no one has commented on it! Maybe there was a choice. I obviously didn't notice.

It was not expensive and I've got it fast

I ordered rubber feet for some outside chairs but had made an error in the size. When they arrived i contacted the sales dept and explained my error.
The sales advisor quickly asked me to return the items and the correct items would be sent.
These arrived quickly. I cannot recommend this company high enough for it's customer service, products and delivery time.

The quality is very good, I would like to buy it again.
