A great agency!
I've been with rTriibe since November 2021. Only recently have I had full time availability, being able to gain valuable experience in a variety of schools. I am personally in contact with Justine the most - who I have had the pleasure of gaining a good professional relationship with. Fully transparent, and goes above and beyond to find work oppotunities that adhere to my year group preferences, my confidence, skills and location. I would recommend rTriibe to students in University to gain more class experience (which I did in 2021) and qualified teachers that want more valuable experience before having their own class (which I am doing now!). I like this agency that much that when I eventually complete my ECT years, I would come back if I was looking for more work-life balance!

If there is anywhere to start, it would have to be explaining how welcoming, supportive and collaborative the staff at RTriibe have been, particularly Justine Alegre. The work he has been able to offer, and the long term placement role he had provided me the opportunity to secure, have improved my confidence, self-esteem and work ethic. There has always been work available, and you are also able to be flexible with your timetable, choosing dates and times that are better suited for you. Weekly payments, which have always been paid duly, has made managing my finances easier and given me security in ensuring that I am able to support my family. I started working with RTriibe shortly after finishing University. I was unsure of my career in education, until stumbling on this role opportunity of becoming a Teaching Assistant. Not only that, but I was reassured even more following the interview process and the ease of which the process all took. I am very grateful that this company has made work enjoyable and less stressful through all their provision and constant want to always help out. A very well deserved full stars from me over here!

An impressive working experience on my first day
I am so glade to work due to the instant recommendation and services of rTriibe. I cherish each opportunity to contribute to schools
and those students who need us to provide special support.
Yesterday, as a math specialist, I worked in the Birley Academy and I taught four mathematics classes for four ages group with two additional supporting.
Although initially I felt a little bit of difficulties since I was not familiar with the school setting and multimedia resources. However, After the first class, I
was more confident to manage the rest of my work.

Amazing Staff and Quick Response
I was contacted through Indeed by a member of staff Jonny from RTriibe. He was extremely helpful from the moment we made contact, within 2 weeks I had a position at a school. Both Jonny and James got me an interview at said school and helped me every step of the way with DBS checks and did so much as to help me work out public transport!!

Good Communication
This was my first booking and it was seamless. Izzy called 2 days before my date as a Cover Supervisor which gave me time to prepare. From talking with other cover supervisors I met on the job, they were told the same day. Crazy!
When I arrived at the school which was nearby, they were already aware of my booking and they guided me around.
I was assured and confident I could get the job done because rTriibe matched my skills and specialties with the job description. Even though this isn't always the case, it was a good introductory to the rTriibe ecosystem.

Opened their message with 'Dear [Candidate's Name]'
I was messaged by them on Indeed and the message opened with 'Dear [Candidate's Name]'. That tells you everything you need to know about these people.
If they can't even be bothered to paste your name into a generic message, how do they expect me to believe they're worth my time?
On top of that, the formatting of the message had huge gaps between the paragraphs, and the 'opportunity' was in a place I'd never heard of.
I don't know if it's incompetence or lack of caring, but it was at a level where I found it genuinely insulting. Don’t work with these people.
Edit: Their response below is proof that they will not accept responsibility. Right after my review was posted they tried to claim that my review was for a different company, despite the fact that I provided a screenshot of the message from them. Now they are fully blaming Indeed, and I can guarantee that the platform did not remove my name from the top of the message and replace it with '[Candidate's Name]'. Don't work with these people, they're incompetent and lazy and will not take responsibility for their failings.
