My experience was great, from the booking to the acceptance, detailed information on the site and expectations as well as full address and even ETA (Erica and her team doing the most), then the site was professional yet friendly, engaging, fast paced(as I expected) and I felt good being of help to the students and the school.

The interview and the onboarding process was very nice and went seamlessly. I applied to be a teaching assistant, however, I only received opportunities on the app for lunch supervisor roles & school cleaning roles. It was quite disappointing because I had been assured I’d have teaching assistant opportunities booked in. Other than that, the team is very nice and helpful and the communication is good. I was also not super pleased I had to cover the costs of obtaining an enhanced DBS and it wasn’t covered by the recruitment process.
