Stay away from this betting site, I have £5000 which I am trying to withdraw passed all verification months ago, now they are asking for apostilled documents for my address and also to verify my ID again with a computer logged into my account while I'm taking a selfie with my passport. I'm pretty sure I won't see my money, my own thought for signing up to this dodgy site. Hopefully somebody will read this and not make the same mistake.

It seems to be impossible to have your account verified and withdraw the winnings. I’ve 28000$ in my account at the moment, and Gabriel Monsero on KYC@ are making it really difficult. Been trying since 25th of November to have the account fully verified but they’re keep asking me for more and more documents!

First I’ve sent the proof of ID (Passport), proof of address, my most recent Payslip and phone bill. Proof of I’m the owner of the credit card, and even had to ask the card issuer to send an extra statement to show that I’m the owner of the card. And after all this I’ve been asked to take a selfie with my passport next to my face and the computer screen while showing my account name on the website ( which is also annoying because I had to go to a friend and borrow his laptop because I don’t have one myself ). And after this step, they asked me to send a proof of fund or tax return.. I did that as well, they got back to me saying it wasn’t accepted it because it was a screenshot and asked for a PDF file instead. I also sorted this out. And also keep in mind that it take roughly THREE days each time you send a document for them to even respond to you.

And now I’m still waiting for their response again… I’ve seen they have been asking other player to send a stamped tax return paperwork .. so I’m pretty sure I’ll have to do this now as well.. which gonna cost me money to getting that sorted!

I’ll continue to update this and change the review depending on the outcome of this.. but so far it has been nothing but stress and disappointment. I’ve been telling support@ royalfortune and alive Chat on daily basis as well and they keep telling me they have prioritised the case. Doesn’t seem like it unfortunately!

Please don’t use this casino. I just joined tonight and deposited £20 which they say they match. They didn’t match it so I spoke on live chat. They said I had to claim it before I spent anything and I told them I did as I put the WELCOME bonus claim in. The person on live chat said I couldn’t have it. Very poor considering I was a brand new customer and you have to wager the matched deposit 35x anyways which is nigh on impossible. I closed my account straight away. What a very poor level of customer service. STAY AWAY

I’m very disappointed with this casino. They promise you a refund, ask you to submit all your documents for verification, saying it’s necessary for the refund. After you do everything they ask, they just reject your request and close your account without any explanation.

Their customer service is atrocious, offering no support or solutions. Most of the time, they just ignore you. They also falsely claim to be licensed, leaving you with no protection. After months of trying, it’s clear I’ll never get the refund they promised. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this casino!

The worse casino experience I've ever had. The opening of the account is easy enough, the deposit of funds (which doesn't require document authentication or identity verification, but the withdrawal does?) and spending of the funds.

However, I ran into an issue of the deposit failing via their banking portal, but the value was deducted from my bank. After almost two weeks of unacceptable responses and speaking to clueless "customer service representatives" I decided to close my account, which they did in a heartbeat, because i requested it. I requested an update on where my money has gone, but here we are.

So far, so good! There are loads of my favourite games on here, although a few don't seem to load, but most are spot on. I made my first withdrawal via SEPA 4 days ago, and I've already completed KYC and verified my card through email as they asked. Waited 3 days and got the funds.
