They stole from me 100£.i know this happens to everyone here.i am wondering why the authorities they don’t act and let those criminals to steal money from people?is anyone who can see our reviews?????trust pilot can you do something please?????

Tried verify proof of address many many times asked for phone bill said wasn’t good enough asked for bank statement then said wasn’t good enough the jt don’t wanna pay out SCAM stay well clear

After half a year of communication (they didn't respond) they just closed my account and that's it. All my winnings stayed there. Complete fraud. If there are still people who want to, we will make an official joint statement about internet fraud

Deposit as much as you like, keep going not problems.. get a win , verify the account and your place of address will never be verified. Doesn't accept Bank statements for some reason. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Do not use.. they will not pay you out regardless of how much proof of residence you give. I tried several times and even sent over 4 different documents and still wasn’t verified. Do not use under any circumstances. They don’t ask for proof when you deposit and take your money but as soon as you want to withdraw they will make it so difficult that you actually can’t. Avoid at all costs and report them to every single search engine you can

I've provided them with all the requested documents, even a tax return. Now they're requesting an apostilled document that they had already approved. They request documents one by one, delaying the process. You must pass the verification process to make withdrawals, but not to deposits. I don't recommend them; they won't refund your money.

Awful experience with this company

After recently signing up, I had a win but this wasn’t applied to my account. I provided full evidence as requested including a photo of the win, but the company (after much chasing) advised that their investigation showed no win, that was the limit of their explanation! I then referred them to the details I had sent previously which clearly showed a win, that was on the 12th March and I have heard nothing since and my account has been blocked. I therefore have no access to my current balance.

I can only assume from my experience that this is a fraudulent site and would advise others to steer clear and not waste your money.

I’m leaving this review to warn others Royal Fortune is using dirty tactics to avoid paying out winnings.

After I won money, they asked for documents, which I provided. They tried to find something wrong, but couldn’t so they accepted them. Then out of nowhere, they asked for an apostilled utility bill, something that costs £45 to get! This is ridiculous and not something even the biggest betting companies ask for.

They’re clearly trying to make people give up on their withdrawals by making the process as hard and expensive as possible. I’ve since checked other reviews, and I’m not the only one many people are complaining about the same thing. This seems to be their strategy.

They don’t want winners. If you win, they’ll stall, delay, and throw obstacles at you until you give up.

I’ll be sharing my experience across betting communities and forums so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Absolute scam of a company. I waited 3 months to get paid out only £460. I was even told by them that if I did not take away my negative review on here that I would not be receiving my funds. Be aware everyone and never sign up to this before reading ALL terms and conditions which are very much against you at all times. Very very hard to get verified and even then it is very hard to get paid from them. I am just happy that I eventually got my money and don’t have to deal with them ever again. Sorry to all those who are still fighting with them

If you try to withdraw more money than you deposited, they will ask you for a million crazy documents like a selfie with a monitor, a confirmation of your phone number, tax return documents, a utility bill with an apostille for which you will have to pay a lot of money and then they will not allow you to withdraw anyway, they are a bunch of scammers. Never deposit money here. They will do everything to prevent you from getting your money.

As others have mentioned you do not have any chance of making a withdrawal. I have submitted several proofs of address including bank statements all of which have been rejected. I would have serious doubts if any of the 5 star ratings relating to this company are genuine.

I don't recommend it, you won't win anything, you can only lose and the promotions are fraudulent, if you make a deposit you won't get a bonus, it's a waste of money and time

People from UK be aware of this casino it is a scam …most of the games are not working here In..and in each provider they only selected few games that are scam and not paying anything…when when you contact live chat they closing it …this is biggest scam casino ..please everyone report it to fraud action police
