Good Afternoon Paul.
Your order was made on the 7th of February, to which my colleague replied to you explaining that the part was out of stock and would be approx 3-5 days. You sent an email on the 10th again my colleague replied to you on the 11th explaining the situation with Pneumax, and that this would be 10-14 days as they do not have all the components in stock to manufacture the valve, my colleague then proceeded to ask how you would like to proceed to which he never got a reply. We apologise if this email has not reached you. My colleague is chasing Pneumax constantly to get updates for you.
Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you would like to cancel the order please let me know.

The order you placed on January 5th was followed up on January 6th, when we informed you that the item was out of stock. We advised it would take approximately 5-7 working days for the item to arrive with us. Based on this timeline, we expect to receive the stock around January 16th, and we will ship it to you on the same day.
If you are still happy to proceed with the order, please let us know. Kindly note that some items are not held in stock and require additional time to order from our suppliers.

The customer service was great. There was a problem with the supplier and the people from Rowse sorted it out and had the part sent to me direct which saved a lot of back and forth time.
