For a small business we were spending a LOT on IT and got a very poor level of service, we were small fry to the large IT firm we used to contract out to...however, since outsourcing all of our IT requirements to Roundworks IT this has dramatically changed.The level of service we get is second to none, Luke and Matt are friendly, approachable and we feel like they are part of the team. When Roundworks took over our previous supplier, they understood the issues we were facing and in a matter of days many of our unresolved issues which had been outstanding with our old supplier for a year had been resolved. The team and I have full confidence in Roundworks IT, nothing is too much trouble and in terms of IT, we have a great set up now and running smoothly! Touch wood! It is my absolute pleasure to write this review and I personally highly recommend this company however big or small you are, get in touch, you won't regret it!!

Affordable & Knowledgeable - I would have no hesitations recommending this company.
As a small business owner i couldn't previously afford the luxury of IT support. Most companies I approached wanted £££s per month. Roundworks IT are passionate, knowledgeable and competitively priced. They offer unlimited IT support for a fixed fee with no catches. A simple approach which is ideal for startup businesses.
I already recommend Roundworks IT to my own customers and suppliers.

I have had the pleasure of working with RoundWorks IT recently due to a mutual client of ours. At every step they have been helpful and professional, with great communication and attention to detail.
