This passion goes into everything under the Rouleur name, representing ‘cycling excellence’ and becoming synonymous with the quality of its products and audience. Rouleur magazine is the world’s finest road cycling journal, for the most discerning rider. We were all tired of the formulaic nature of other cycling magazines, full of group tests that no one believes in - Rouleur was created to be something we would all read, cherish and collect. Rouleur features high-quality photography and writing that depicts the passion and drama of the sport. Rouleur is read by our highly valued group of dedicated road cycling fans, pro riders and the most influential bike riders in the world. Not long after the publication launched in 2006, we created the online Rouleur Emporium to satisfy the hunger for more from the brand from its then small, but very loyal, subscriber base. Now, the Emporium has grown significantly and offers the very best cycling products, exclusively curated for on the bike, off the bike and for your home. We love the sport, have very high standards and work hard to create the finest range of exclusive items. The Rouleur Classic launched in 2015. It is a new type of bicycle show: an idea I have been developing over the last four years. Sponsored by Maserati, the event is an exclusive, intimately curated celebration of the very best in road cycling – with an exhibition, gallery space and theatre for on-stage interviews, all put together with Rouleur’s meticulous eye for detail. Beware, it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription (isn't this illegal?!)

A few weeks ago I noticed that their android app stopped working, it was no longer displaying the latest news stories. I tried to cancel my membership but kept getting an error message and I emailed them multiple times about these issues but there was no response. I also tried all of the usual tech fixes (redownloading app, rebooting phone, different browsers, proxy servers, etc) but the error message persisted.

I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company -- because how can they get away with this? Isn't it illegal for a company to make it impossible for members to cancel their subscriptions?!

Zero stars for this and their non-existent customer service.

While the publication itself is…

While the publication itself is excellent, it is impossible to terminate your membership. The on-line cancelation feature doesn't work (error message) nor does the link generated by the publication's email response. Finally, the magazine's "customer service" department doesn't return emails -- all for $150 per year. Very poor service I'd say!!

Can’t I give no stars - no one seems to care.

Can’t I give no stars? In the past, I’ve had good experiences when I’ve ordered things which makes this all the more disappointing. I ordered and paid for a t-shirt three weeks ago and have heard nothing since. I’ve emailed four times and each time they respond by saying they’ve passed my concern onto the “volata” team who’ll be in touch -but they never do make contact. They then ask me to rate their service presumably for me to say I’m delighted. How can I be pleased with an automated response? I keep asking for someone to take responsibility for this and sort it out. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years but if this is how their service is going then I’ll not shop with them again.
