Had a slight delay initially with our delivery through no fault if depot but James (Aberdeen depot) was extremely helpful and gave outstanding service!

I recently got a delivery via the Aberdeen depot the driver used my drive to deliver parcel then knocked down my pillar on way out after several phone calls and messages with depot and driver we have not been contacted back or replied to get money back to cover costs very disappointing service we have had to pay for this to be sorted by ourselves
M and H carriers have now ben in touch to arrange payment of the cost to repair and gave us an apology for thisntaking do long they had past everything onto the sub contractor/driver but did not know that they hadnt been in contact with us to sort out this matter for us

They scanned the item into the local depot at inverness the day before. I live 20 minutes away.
Waste of time and money.
Contacted customer services by email, including the one theybuse on here for the complains, no response. Phoned them, told someone would ring me back. They didn't. No reply, no excuse, no point. Every time something gets sent with these , it's the same. Pathetic.

Nicolas and Brogan kept in touch, communicated well and fulfilled every promise they made. Which is more than can be said for Furdeco who failed dismally.

Whenever a delivery is coming via M&H we know it will go without a hitch. Even in adverse weather conditions the drivers always act above and beyond and in a friendly, courteous manner.

2 delivery guys turned to deliver my large item and it was faultless. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. It was encouraging to see such good service at an undoubtedly busy time of the year.
I had some queries regarding the amount of boxes I was meant to receive and contacted the office and spoke to Broghan. She was absolutely first class, handled my concern professionally and efficiently going over and above to deal with my queries.
Overall excellent service this morning. Would recommend

The guys were very helpful and couldn't do enough to help. My grandson couldn’t be at home to get his bedroom furniture, so the drivers at short notice went out of their way to come to another address. All done in a professional helpful manner.

I'm surprised about the reviews here. I needed my parcel ASAP so phoned up. Within seconds I'm talking with a human and using just my postcode he has my parcel located and after a short drive I have it in my hands late afternoon Friday. Helpful and courteous and fast. The are contracted to deliver my bed from DX carries who delivered to their hub (M&H Aberdeen depot) on time at 9am in morning but at 16:00 the M&H (Aberdeen depot) posted that they tried to deliver to my house and left card in door!………..NO they didn’t as have video doorbell and was at home all day all lights on and curtains open. Contacted DX and they said that M&H carries (Aberdeen depot) had sent them a picture from their van window of my house!! And left a card!?!? ALL LIES!! Maybe they took a picture but did not approach my door or leave a card!! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional as I have no bed as got rid of old one ready for delivery of new one and with loads of calls to DX carries asking what’s happening M&H (Aberdeen depot) have not responded to them and have now told them that my delivery is not on their schedule any time soon!! This is not the first time M&H Aberdeen have done this and I waited 2 weeks after my overnight delivery time for a new sofa leaving me sitting in plastic chairs! Disgraceful company and if you’re not committed to delivering items for other companies then don’t accept them in the first place!

A diver arrived with 1 out of 2 parts of my bed sand after saying to him I’m”is there more as it’s a bed and that looks like only the head and foot end” he replied “well that’s all I have on my consignment and hopefully the other half will show up for you!”
SERIOUSLY!? They only loaded half of a 2 part delivery on a single van when it clearly states on package it’s 2 of 2 (meaning there is also a 1 of 2 that is ment to be delivered) DX then called M&H Aberdeen and asked what has happened to other half of bed and the supervisor of aberdeen depot said “we will try and get it out to them today” and it’s now 3 pm and only half a bed? This is ANOTHER reason not to use M&H Aberdeen as they only loaded 1 of 2 parcels to the delivery and the driver just completely ignored this and didn’t care!
Will update if it arrives but I will not be changing my review of this company who say they complete all deliveries with care and consideration

M&H Aberdeen have now emailed DX to say that they are having troubles getting drivers back due to adverse weather conditions!! Well I call that lies as there not any snow on the roads now at all and all clear as day. So after admitting that they only loaded 1 item of 2 on the vans then saying second half of bed out for delivery they now say drivers can’t get back due to weather when it’s clear and their depot is 5 min drive from my house all on main roads! Called M&H to be answered by a very rude and abrupt women saying she can’t do anything but assures me that the weather is to blame even tho I’m looking at the roads she is!! (See the picture attached!!)
Will never use this service again and will advise all NOT TO EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY ON THIS COMPANIES DELIVERY SERVICES!
If you can’t deliver other persons items then DONT TAKE ON THE CONTRACT TO MAKE A BUCK AND LET OTHERS DOWN AND RUIN OTHER COMPANIES REPUTATIONS FOR YOUR OWN GAIN
We are now sleeping on a floor with no bed and not even a bit of remorse from the company!

M&H Carriers in Inverness had my parcel for 6 days before it was delivered, after several phone calls to their depot to ask about it. I finally asked for the manager's email address and wrote to Jack Macdonald who intervened and got someone who usually delivers in the Nairn region to make an out of his way delivery to me on South Loch Ness. So obviously delivery to anywhere is up to the discretion of the drivers who decide if they'd like to or not!!! This is my third seperate non-delivery issue with M&H Carriers. Not good.

If a carrier can do it wrong, you can trust M&H to do so... lost parcels, late deliveries, and no-shows for collections and deliveries. No communication and zero apologies... If you want a carrier that doesn't care, choose M&H

Excellent service which went above and beyond delivering a huge item on a palletised load in the middle of some severe weather to help me out. Glen was fantastic and so grateful that I didn't have to struggle alone with the delivery and the location.

This company is abysmal.
I am waiting for a shipment that was handed to MH in Inverness by DHL on Monday 20 October. I want to ensure that I am in to receive delivery 75 miles away in Skye. I contacted MH by phone to ask for delivery information. At first they denied that they had received the shipment from DHL but later admitted that they had received it but that they had no idea where it is. Their attitude was very rude and offhand. They obviously work on the principle of mind over matter. They don’t mind and the customer doesn’t matter. I feel very sorry for their local driver who is brilliant and a lovely man. What a shame that he has to work for such a shower of shite.

After a missed delivery, i got an email from APC saying I could reschedule using the link which i attempted to do on the website but I got a message 'not eligible' and was given am email address to contact. I did this and was contacted by Nichols of M&H couriers to confirm a new delivery date. Great. On the new schedule deliver day, Friday, i got an email from APC with a deliver window of 3pm -5pm that day however at 11am I noticed a missed called and then an email stating another missed delivery. I contacted M&H straight away where I was told the delivery window isn't set by them and they aren't made aware of it so deliver when it suits them. I was also told that because I'd had 2 missed deliveries I would have to collect from the depot within 3 working days, which wouldn't have been possible for me. The person on the phone was very unhelpful, almost rude. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told I'd get a call back. On the Monday, I had an email from APC saying again, they were going to deliver between 3pm -5pm. I emailed M&H about this, stating I wouldn't be home etc and asked if it could be left with a neighbour and stated about the conflicting information I'd already recieved. The responses I got were blunt and in no way friendly or offering any sort of customer service. They basically took no responsibility of the delivery window and seemed to be oblivious to the fact that from a customers perspective we are dealing with APC so delivery windows etc are set and are going to be adhered to. I again raised the point that I was expecting to hear from a supervisor and now a week on from the first conversation ...I'm still waiting!
To end on a positive note, the driver called me when he attempted to deliver on the Monday I wasn't at home and really tried to help me out so that the parcel wouldn't go back to the depot. He managed to ensure I got my item that day. He's the reason they get 2 stars.
