Highly recommend this moving company! The staff were polite, attentive, and professional. They arrived on time, handled everything carefully, and even completed the move without my participation when I had unforeseen circumstances. Very grateful for their excellent service!

I advise caution when approaching this company. After requesting a quote and sending a follow-up with no response, their communication was unreliable. To save others time and energy, I turned to Trustpilot and hired another company . They proved to be exceptional, executing my move precisely on schedule and within the agreed budget.

I’m so grateful that I chose Tsi-Tsi for my complicated move. Over two days Tim, George, Richard and Ramone packed, moved, and removed over 100 boxes of books and other items, plus all my furniture, from our home into storage. This was made more complicated by the fact certain items needed to be easier to access later, and other items needed to be kept together (and ultimately needed their own separate space). They all kept me calm, and spent two whole days packing and moving in the heat - including on the hottest day of the year. Moving house is stressful, and this move was particularly difficult - but despite the circumstances, the team from Tsi-Tsi helped make this my least stressful move. Thank you!

We had a large move which took all day and in to the night. The crew were hard working and energetic. Everyone was cheerful to the end. I don't know how they managed it, but they are fabulous. We also want to mention Patience who organised everything and always answered our emails. We highly recommend them.

I've used Theo and his team last year from London to Oxford. They were brilliant.
Used them again from Oxford to Kidlington . Excellent again. Done the lot , disassembled the furniture , reassembled the other end . Everything in and out not a scratch.
Removed the things I didn't want. Even ripped up and disposed of my old carpets.
Don't use anyone else , you won't find anyone better.
PS, keep Temba full of sugar , he works even harder

I used Tsi-Tsi (Theo and his team) for the first time back in Oct 2019 when we were moving house from Oxford and immediately decided that they would be my go to company if and when I moved next. And which is exactly what I did when we moved this week.

Theo and his team are absolutely brilliant, very friendly, well organised and super efficient. They will take their time to make sure your furniture as well as the house doesn’t get even a small scratch throughout the move.

I have already recommended Thoe to a few of my friends as well and they were equally very happy with the service. I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend Theo to anyone looking at a hassle free house move.

Great crew of guys came to do our move from the house to a storage unit. They were very good to understand how to load everything in order to off-load at the storage efficiently, then they manage to fill the unit like a real 3D Tetris game making sure that everything fitted to the brim.
They also respected the house and the furniture very well during the move.
