The legal team Rotwang was very helpful after my company did a round of layoffs in Berlin. They were very quick to provide a free consultation and help me understand all of my options and next steps.

I had an excellent experience with Carina and her team. The end conclusion is they negotiated me an excellent deal however they did much more than just their job. Unlike most lawyers. They were compassionate, took extra time to explain things to me, were extremely responsive, and most important seemed to care about my well-being. Carina of course was my lawyer and replied quite quickly however they also have a team email address and if for any reason Carina was not available somebody else would reply within an hour. Also, they gave me real advice with concrete answers (something a lot of lawyers don’t do.) For what’s its worth almost everybody I spoke to there (including Carina) had an extremely high level of English which made communication very smooth. Without any hesitation I would highly recommend Carina and her team as they are top-notch in this field!
