After ordering the fringed alpaca…

After ordering the fringed alpaca cardigan on 17th May 18weeks ago, I feel it’s only fair to write a negative review on Rosyleia.de. I have written several emails over the 18 weeks. The reply’s have been intermittent in the form of a generated reply with the name Michael guaranteeing that I Will receive my item!!. Well I would like a refund please. Very disappointed with their customer service dept. Like most customers mentioned, I have given one star as there was no option to move from that page without doing so.

If l could give 0 I would. The dress was not as described and terrible quality. After trying to contact and to cancel payment had no reply could not even return. Worst scam ever

I placed my order for the fringed…

I placed my order for the fringed alpaca cardigan June 16th 2024. It’s now August 16th and only after inquiring about such a long wait did a person named Michael write back and say the carrier has it but no tracking info yet. I’ll write again today and then dispute the charge!

Expect a 4-5 month timeline for delivery of item

I love these cardigans which is why I ordered 3 in different colours, which is also why it pains me to give a lower rating! (I ordered 2 over separate periods of time in 2023, and they each took a good 8 weeks to arrive)

I ordered one last sweater on April 2nd, and it only arrived yesterday August 9th 2024! That’s 130 days/18.5 weeks/4.27 months wait!!! And the parcel came direct from China which I see is where it’s manufactured. They did tell me 2-8 weeks but 130 days/18.5 weeks is clearly 10-12 weeks longer than they told me!

I emailed/insta messaged/Facebook messaged a few times asking for my order and I only received 1 response
from the mysterious Michael as described in other reviews below - at the very beginning of the waiting period! And then zero reply despite chasing once a month!! (May 18/June 18/July 18)

I asked for a refund with my last email sent July 18th and yet again, no reply! Exceptionally poor communication and customer service. It’s a shame as the sweaters are lovely but they need to vastly improve their customer service /comms/delivery timeline!!

If you order, expect a 4-5 month wait. Manage your expectations. If you order now, maybe it’ll arrive in time for January/February next year. You will need to be a very very patient character…

Beware of this company I placed an…

Beware of this company I placed an order on 20 May and still have not received the cardigan I ordered. I have contacted the company several times and get the same email back from a guy named Michael who says that the carrier has my package and I should be receiving it. I received the same email on June 4 and June 22. I have finally contacted American Express and gotten a refund.

Appalling waiting times- suspect this is a loss of my money

I echo every comment- ordered a cardigan 3 months ago and still waiting! Money taken immediately from my account however! Not cheap and I expected a higher quality service. As others am told that it is with the carrier who will be in touch- which I hugely doubt. I have threatened legal action but they just say:
‘Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the delay! We have longer delivery times than usual, so the banner at the top of our home page was activated back in March 2020. However, we have good news, your package is already in the hands of the carrier. They have not yet sent us the tracking number, but the package is already in their possession. The delivery companies are responsible for the whole logistics process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be here to assist you all the way through.
Deliveries can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. However, it will be worth the wait:). You have ordered a timeless item that can be used throughout many seasons. The Cardigan you bought is currently in high demand. We are trying anything in our power to ship out as many orders as possible daily. As soon as the item has been shipped and is out of our hands, we have no influence over the delivery date. Therefore, we advise our clients to be patient and explain that deliveries can take longer than expected. In case you have already received a tracking number and there is no progress, it is possible that the carrier has changed your tracking number and has not yet updated your order accordingly. Do not worry; we guarantee to deliver all the items within the time frame.

I ordered my cardigan coat in December…

I ordered my cardigan coat in December 23 for Christmas….still haven’t received….although they’ve taken my money..I have written a number of times always “it’s out with the courier for delivery “
It’s Tuesday 9th of April 24 …I have requested in writing immediate delivery or full refund….before I proceed with legal action.

Zahlung nur noch über Kreditkarte möglich. War mal anders. Einen Pullover von 399 Euro möchte ich ungern ohne Käuferschutz erwerben. In der Vergangenheit gab es nie Probleme. Auch der Service war gut. Was ist passiert?

Beautiful Long Cardigan/Coat

I bought a Long Cardigan/Coat. I didn't like the colour for ME.
The quality was Terrific. I returned it, and after a few hiccups, I recieved a different colour. Beautiful.
Well worth the wait.

Schlechte Qualität, der Pulli fusselt bestialisch, lange Wartezeiten, bei Retour ist die Kommunikation seitens Shop abgebrochen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, Dropshipping aus China, lasst euch nicht influencern!

Expect to wait!

Please be aware that if you order from the UK you could wait 8 weeks for delivery. Their website states ‘ Why do we ship in 2-4 weeks?’ however if you check out their shipping policy it states anywhere between 10 to 20 business days. At the time of ordering I had not read this detail. I ordered 4 March 23 and the item arrived today, 28th April 23. That’s 1 day shy of 8 weeks. I did not receive a despatch email until the 21st April which was quite frustrating. The delivery window they gave me was March 13th to April 14th. I contacted a couple of times but was told it was in the hands of the carrier but no tracking number. I thought then I had been seriously scammed. However! The cardigan arrived today. It is beautiful, it is quality and I can say it’s worth the wait. So, if you are willing to wait I don’t think you will be disappointed. I think Rosyleia should improve their shipping processes, communication, shipping speed and tracking as I found it all rather misleading considering I waited 40 business days for delivery.
