I was sold a joint life Insurance policy, the customer representative was good at selling but as soon as it is done, they ignore all your emails and phone calls.

I was told that Lucy Allen will contact me to complete the trust documents when she called she said there was an error with our policy and that was the last I heard from her. it's going 2 months since I have been missold the wrong insurance policy and they have refused to amend or let me know what the error is.

I will not recommend the company as they do not complete their sale and leave you chasing with no response.
