The agent (Blaise Moriarty) that we work with has always been professional, responsive and understanding of our needs. I would not hesitate to use and refer Rosland and our agent for future endeavors or to new potential clients we come across.

I sold back some gold on November 15 2024 they received it on November 20 2024. As of today Feb 4 2025 I have left at least 50 messages and no response on my money. I'm feeling like they have robbed me

About 3 years ago, I made a substantial purchase with Rosland Capitol (125K) and it was advertised that I was eligible for free metals for my investment. I have not received those metals to this day. I called and inquired about the extra metal but was told that the salesperson I dealt with initially, was no longer with the company and they don't have any info about it and couldn't help me. It bothered me but I didn't pursue it as i felt i couldnt prove it as it was never put in writing. Then about 3 months ago, I reached out and was told I had a new agent for the account, and the agents name was Sean Notaro, as i wanted to sell back 15 coins for the buyback price of approx $20,000.00. I was told it could take UP TO 60 days, but that they usually settled transactions within a couple weeks. At 4 weeks I made contact with Mr Novaro for an update on where we were in the repurchase deal, and was reminded it may be UP TO 60 days for the funds to be sent. At 60 days I reached out once again and spoke again with Mr Notaro and was given an excuse for the delay. I then followed up and left a message with Mr Notaro, who then had a different agent named John Siewers return my call. I have since called several times and was given differnt excuses for the reason of the delay and that they still have no updated information on when they would issue payment. It was alarming that no one calls you and you must initiate all conversations, as there is a serious lack of communication. It is now almost 3 months since I sent the coins in for them to repurchase. Frustrated, after the second act of poor business practce, I then decided that since they didnt want to pay for the coins, that I would like them returned. Mr Siewers stated he didnt think they could do that and would have their attorney call me.. well of course I still havent received a call. I also sent an email but still have had no response. There is something shady going on. I guessing theyve sold my coins and just do not want to pay me for them. I found that in the company reviews, other people are experiencing the same issue and they have been waiting much longer than myself for their sellback money. I will continue to call them and possibly litigate if necessary. I am now on a mission to let people know what they are doing. They are still advertising the coins (with William DeVane as their spokesperson) with the offer of free metal for qualified buyers. Buyer beware! My name is Joy Smith from Georgia USA

I resold coins Rosland that I had previously purchased from Rosland. I mailed them back and got confirmation that they received them on October 2nd. I was told to expect payment in 60 days. It has been 110 days and still no check. I have called 6 times, the last was today 1/22/25 and had to leave a message with the answering service. I am beyond frustrated. My name is Jeff Lombardy.

I changed my IRA to Rosland Capital after getting ripped off by another frequently advertised gold company on Fox News. I was refered to Heather Ho, I explained to her what had happened and she assured me that wouldn't happen with them. I have been with the company since 11/2021. She was also very helpful guideing me on what to invest in to make the most out of my money. I am still new at investing and appreciate all of the help and guidance that she has done for me. I returned some gold coins and was told how much I would receive for them after they were received at their office. They said they were all received and i would get my check in 60 days, which would be 11/12/2024. I have called constantly every week since. They kept telling me that I would get a call from them. The only call I received from then was from my representative DANIEL [this was the first time had called me back since October]. He told me a check was goin out on 12/23/2024. This was a lie as I have not received any thing. It has been a total of 128 days since they received my coins. main business When I call the main office number, they just tell me "some one will call me" I can't believe they can be so rude to not return my phone call. It took several phone calls with a myriad of different people to finally understand why my ROTH transfer of $33,000 got a three thousand dollar haircut as soon as it went over. Commission - AKA spread. Pretty steep.

I contacted Rosland Capital LLC over 35 days ago, I sent them a check for over $5,000.00, the checked cleared three weeks ago, "Brian" my contact, stated that the Silver would be shipped "two weeks after the check cleared, it did not ship. He keeps stating that he would call me and is rude about the matter, treats me like I am an idiot because I call about my investment, now Brian states that it never shipped and that he would find out why, never heard from him, so I called and he gave me the "I told you that I would call you before you get your silver coins" it is a just a routine BS from him, I have yet to receive my investment. I will never do any business with Rosland ever again, I caution you to read all the reviews as it is a very common theme that they hold on to your cash (Interest gaining for them?) Rosland is quick to attach a response that they are sorry, that they would like to hear from the customer writing the bad review, well understand that in many reviews Rosland holds onto your money for many months and does not deliver what they promise. I highly suggest to go elsewhere, trusting Rosland is off the table, also record your conversations and tell them you are doing so, once I did Brian stopped texting me, he just now states that I should call Rosland's compliance department, really, that's funny, he wants me to call their oversight department, for what?? Oh, lets see how they spin this, I am speaking the truth, in my strong opinion - run from this company.

I can't believe this company would sink so low as to use the white house as a backdrop in their own selfish advertisements. But then again look who is their spokesman-- William DeVain?- who gives the impression that we are not 'good Americans' if we don't buy gold from this company. As a veteran and loving my country I will never buy anything from this company as long as Devain remains as their spokesman. It is an insult to all veterans (and all loyal Americans)
