On 2/28/25 I wrote a check to Rosland Capital for a gold and silver coin order and to date I have not received any product. I get all kinds of excuses and promises that I am next on the list to ship. But this never happens. Very unprofessional! I am becoming concerned about your company.

Ich habe vor über zwei Monaten eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis heute weder eine Rückmeldung noch die Ware erhalten – obwohl eine Lieferzeit von zehn Tagen versprochen wurde. Auf meine wiederholten Anfragen wurde mir mehrfach zugesichert, dass man sich bei mir melden würde, aber es hat sich niemand zurückgemeldet.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht vom Kundenservice und kann diese Firma absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich habe bereits eine beträchtliche Summe bezahlt und weiß nicht einmal, ob ich meine Bestellung überhaupt noch erhalten werde.

I was told by Lionel De La Torre if you are not fully satisfied that I would get a full refund, all money back.
This was back in June 4, 2025. He told me I would get all my money back at the end of June 2025, or the beginning of July 2025. Called back in July 2025 still no refund!!. Rosland Capital has no problem receiving your money, but lied about getting a full refund when canceled and was not completely satisfied. Now I am told by Mario D'Andrea that I would be receiving my full refund (all my money back) at the end of August 2025 or beginning of September 2025. Haven't seen anything and now we are at the end of August 2025. Mario told me that Brendon the administrator is handling my refund. I haven't received a phone call. Makes you wonder what they did with my money. Rosland Capital had no problem receiving my money (which is collecting interest holding on to my money). I would NOT RECOMMEND ROSLAND CAPTIAL, their costumer service for refunds are horrible!! Lionel De La Torre and Mario D'Andrea are NOT HELPFUL!! Good Luck if you are NOT completely satisfied, chances are you will have a hard time getting your full refund!!

Lionel was great informing me on everything with honest answers he was very polite and helpful. throughout the whole process. and very curtious i will be happy to recommend him and Rosland Capitol in the future

Why is it taking so long to get the coins i ordered? 2 months now? since check cashed for 13K.

I purchased some gold coins in 2024 and decided to sell them back to Rosland Capital in February, 2025. I have recently looked at Rosland's reviews and noticed many people had delays when using the buyback option with Rosland. I wanted to be proactive to receive my payment timely so I emailed my representative 4 separate times to request a payment date and to request an overnight delivery of my payment and that the delivery be trackable. Rosland was supposed to pay me be April 30 and has not yet made payment to me. My reps at Rosland NEVER use email to answer questions. My rep called me to talk about my questions. On my call last week, my rep told me Rosland has 60 "business days" to pay for the Buy-Back. I double checked my contract and Rosland has 60 calendar days to make payment for their purchase - big difference. I expect the folks who represent Rosland be more knowledgeable about the language in their contracts. When calling their customer service 800 number, I got my same representative. For obvious reasons, I did not want to talk with this same rep when he was not helpful. After all this, I decided to thoroughly read the contract and they have a clause in their contract that discusses Electronic Recordation which, I am paraphrasing to keep it short, says they can monitor and record conversations with the customer but that they don't consent to the customer recording telephone conversations with Rosland's reps. That clause and others in the contract spell out some very concerning business practices. In short, I plan to continue my efforts to collect the money I am due.

John Siewers is professional,courteous, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his expertise which helped me in making certain decisions. I can depend on John to keep me informed. If John says he is going to do something, he does just that, which I find very admirable. I definitely feel that John is a most valuable asset to your company

So about 2 months ago I ordered 2 coins. I was told that they would be shipped within 2 weeks. They were not... they still have not been shipped! I have called and emailed with no satisfaction.... This is scary that they can take your money - and not send out the gold!

Blaise was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend him and the company to anyone who wants to investment in precious metals it was very profitable for me.

Rosland received our gold on 12/05/24. As of 3/11/25, which is over 90 days, and we can't get any response back from compliance. We have called and sent email. Even talked with representative repeatedly.
