Rosewoodsurveyors Omdömen

Jade was helpful and brilliant. We got everything done and gave us a date in just under 3 days when the survey was taking place at the property. Once completed it was back to me within 48 hours without any chasing up. Great service which I recommend if you wish to get a survey on a property.

I would highly recommend Rosewood for your surveying needs. They were able to fit us in quickly at short notice. Excellent communication throughout and very helpful with any queries. Received the report back within the timeframe given, which was thorough, comprehensive and easy to follow for someone as a first time buyer with limited knowledge. We’re very pleased with the service we have received.

I Recently had a RICS 3 survey done on an old terrace house. The report I received was very detailed and easy to understand with estimated costs of repairs also being provided. I was also able to have a phone call with a surveyor to go over any queries I had.
An absolutely fantastic service and would use again.

Very efficient and quick turnaround as promised.

A quick response at a reasonable price. The report was comprehensive and quickly produced.

Very professional. Replies to emails quickly. Would recommend.

Rosewood have been really professional, efficient and fast. They maintained communication open at all levels with a fantastic customer care service and a good rate.

I had a level three survey - the report was comprehensive, completed on the date agreed and the surveyor was available afterwards to talk through the issues flagged with me, offer thoughts and advice and an overall opinion as to the viability of purchasing the property.
Following this process I felt I had a very good understanding of the issues, the next steps and how to prioritise them, and how this building - a large Georgian semi - compared in condition to other similar properties.

Very efficient, completed the survey in a short period of time, the report was very detailed and provide all the information i needed.

Really prompt responses and thorough report, exactly what we had been promised.

Friendly, professional, thorough and timely.

I have used Rosewood surveyors before and would recommend them. They are very professional and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Rosewood Surveyors were polite, efficient and fast. The report demonstrated thoroughness with a lot of photos to demonstrate the findings. The price for the Home Survey level 2 was the most competitive too.

Great service. Really quick turn around and detailed report. Highly recommend.

Communication from start to finish was excellent. I had the level 3 survey done as I am buying an old property and it was very thorough. I rang to talk about some of the issues that had been raised and James was able to answer my questions, reassure and give me practical advise. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

The survey report was really great and constructive and easy to understand as well. Also had a call with the surveyor and he explained all the things in detail.

Happy with the service, advice, costings and price of the report

Excellent service

Highly recommend. Rosewood took care of everything and at a great price. I had a tier 3 survey and couldn't be happier. I have already implemented a lot of the things that were recommend in the 94 page report. Excellent service.
