Rosewoodsurveyors Omdömen

Ordered level 2 survey online. Received a text confirming the survey had been carried out on the day with the report received a few days later. The report was full of photos and whilst it had the usual legal caveat wording, the report also contained a lot of very useful information covering the entire house. I would recommend.

2nd time I’ve used Rosewood. Thorough and clear survey and feedback.

Very quick service. Initial queries were responded to same day. Once instructed, the survey itself was booked within about a week. Detailed report came out a few days later.

Rosewood have been fantastic, fitted us in within a week survey was done the 9th of March. Had results back by the 11th. The communication the consistency was everything we ever wanted. They have bought to light so many hidden issues and gremlins with the house we was buying and have saved us thousands of pounds on a new roof than you for this. As a first time buyer I thought it was my dream home. And no my decision has been to pull out. Top service and will be using them again when I find my new home. Xx

Great service was done on the day and in the long run probably saved me a lot of money

Rosewood surveyors were very helpful with me arranging a particular date for my survey. They were efficient, had good communication and gave a great overall service. The report was thorough. Would highly recommend. Thanks for your help Jade !

Brilliant service at a reasonable price. Thorough job done, plenty of photographs, essential information collated and given, prompt attention from start to finish. Brilliant! Would definitely recommend.

We received a Level 3 House Survey by the company Rosewood. We were extremely happy with the document that had been produced within reasonable time also. I would highly recommend this company as buying a house can be daunting, and this company with what they produced put us at ease. Highly recommended!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I received an incomplete and inadequate report from someone, who I can only assume is a completely inexperienced surveyor. When the owner of this company phoned me initially, he informed me that he had left a multi million pound meeting to deign to speak to me. I interpreted this as an attempt to intimidate me by his importance. Inadequate admin staff who either failed to take correct notes of my instructions or carelessly deleted them. Although offered a refund by the owner, this was was then retacted, apparently due to my rudeness to his staff. In the midst of a family tragedy, I was admittedly very upset but do not feel that this mitigates the breach of contact by Rosewood. I am seeing legal advice to recover my payment. I would advise everyone to employ a more professional company.

We had a very reliable, transparent and stress-free experience. The survey report was detailed but still easy to understand and well presented which has made us feel reassured. The surveyor was very patient with us, answering many questions on our follow-up call.

Good turnaround of report. A couple of typos and standard text put in the report by mistake but quickly rectified.

Survey was very in-depth it eas exactly what i was expecting, they were very professional and did the job well.

Very fast efficient service and detailed report provided

Excelent service provided by Jade, very communicative and attentive throughout the whole process. After receiving the survey report she quickly arranged a phone call with the surveyor which was also very communicative!! 5 stars!!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Their report was clear, detailed and delivered to us promptly, giving us the confidence moving forward. The communication throughout was excellent and they also offered a phone call with the surveyor to run through any questions we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable L3 building survey.

Fantastic service throughout the whole process. Efficient, professional and good value for money.
Extremely happy with the service I've received and I would totally recommend Rosewood Surveyors.

So impressed with our level 2 home survey. Very responsive with queries after the survey and couldn’t fault them !

Rosewood offered the cheapest rate by far for a level 3 survey. They were efficient and prompt in their communication, booked the visit within a week of me confirming Id like to proceed with them. Had the full report provided just 3 days after. Its a very comprehensive report indeed, with photos, and with specific highlights of estimated cost for different repairs required. I was very pleased indeed. Makes house buying feel smoother when services are so efficient.

I would recommend Rosewood surveyors to anyone who is looking for a house to be surveyed, they responded quickly, and the survey results were extremely clear and detailed.
