Se que disent vos employés au téléphone est confirmé par plusieurs propriétaires de Porsche, il y a beaucoup de défauts sur les faisceaux, principaux et moteur, des couleurs sont inversées ou modifiés par votre fabricant, assumez vos propos par téléphone !
Le fameux connecteur 14 pôles est une galère à installer et vous le savez très bien !
Au moins la concurrence reconnait qu'il y a des défauts et réagit par la reprise des pièces qui cassent ou non conformes, vous non.

Rosepassion sent me two driveshafts for my 987.2 Cayman S that I was unable to find anywhere else (including directly from Porsche). They were dispatched from France a couple of days after ordering and were already in the UK the next day. They were both genuine parts (one GKN branded, the OEM manufacturer of the driveshaft, and one Porsche branded). Porsche themselves had no stock and couldn't tell me when they would have any. The new driveshafts solved my issue with vibration under load / acceleration so I'm very happy!

I think the problem is Rose passion is not being honest with customer. They DID NOT describe the product quality clearly on the website. If you expect to get Porsche genuine part, you may not get it. They can ship you Chinese OEM parts when you paid for the genuine parts. This is the real scam.

I ordered the part last week. After I received the part and found out it’s not Genuine part I tried to contact them for return and was hope for them to send Geunine parts for replacement and responsible for duties tax for the second order. Because I already pay for the first order that they send wrong. But they refused to do that.

I have ordered a set of bearing shells which were very poorly wrapped up, came in plastic bag without protection. (You should definitely make sure they won`t be sent like that again, it was a shame for that waste)
As soon as I sent them an email around midday I got a response, without asking how many of the them is useable they sent me a set of replacement shells, delivered on the following day to the UK.

This is highly misleading, trademark infringement and morally reprehensible....

J’avais passé une commande en ligne le 26 décembre avant 17h, en me basant sur l’engagement affiché sur leur site d’une livraison le lendemain avant 13h via Chronopost. Cette commande était particulièrement urgente car ma voiture était en panne et bloquée sur la route. Or, mon colis n’a pas été expédié ce jour-là, soi-disant en raison d’un jour férié local non mentionné de manière explicite sur leur site.

Lors de mon appel au service client le lendemain de ma commande, l’interlocuteur m’a confirmé que mon colis n’était pas parti avec les autres commandes du jour, sans pouvoir m’expliquer pourquoi. Cela soulève des interrogations sur la gestion et la coordination des expéditions.

Malgré plusieurs échanges avec le service client et des preuves claires (suivi de colis, captures d’écran de leurs conditions), aucune proposition de geste commercial n’a été faite pour compenser les désagréments causés.

L’entreprise s’est réfugiée derrière des excuses floues, rejetant la responsabilité sur le transporteur sans remettre en question leur propre organisation. Je trouve leur approche très peu orientée client, surtout lorsqu’ils mettent en avant des efforts “considérables” en la matière. Malheureusement, mon expérience témoigne du contraire.

Je déconseille vivement Rose Passion si vous cherchez un service fiable et réactif, notamment en période de forte activité.

Il s'en est rendu compte et j'apprécie qu'il m'ait rappelé mais je vais acheter ailleurs.

Overall a very good website, good prices on delivery and their inventory is extremely good. One thing that could be improved is that they don’t mention what brand their parts are; Some of them are genuine Porsche and others may not be but still their prices are pretty good and the overall experience worth it.

Kudos to the team answering support requests within couple of hours.

J'ai commandé un levier de vitesse à débattements courts celui-ci sembler très propre avec de belles soudures peint en noir sur l'annonce. Malheureusement j'ai reçu à 2 reprises un levier complètement rouillé avec de mauvaises soudures. Le SAV a identifié ce problème auprès de son fournisseur. Il nous a finalement été remboursé.

Mijn pakket was na 2 dagen geleverd! Bij andere aanbieders is de prijs bij het uitchecken vaak hoger dan wat ze adverteren. Rose Passion is fair en transparant met hun prijzen.

Quelle surprise quand j ai reçu hier mon colis le produit a une étiquette « made in china » mais vendu comme une pièce d origine qu on trouve sur des sites anglais

Ce site était pour moi la référence en matière de pièces d'origine Porsche sur Internet. Tout l'indique : des schémas selon votre véhicule, des photos d'illustration, des prix cohérents (légèrement moins cher qu'en concession), mais HEUREUSEMENT que j'ai ouvert la facture envoyée par mail...

Je voulais faire des travaux préventifs sur le système de refroidissement de ma Boxster 986 avec pompe à eau, thermostat, etc. En lisant rapidement la facture, certaines pièces était notées "origin : china"...

J'ai donc contacté le service client pour retirer toute pièce n'étant pas d'origine Porsche. Etant francophone, ma requête a été rapidement résolue en quelques heures.

Pourtant à la réception de mon colis, j'ai quand même retrouvé une pièce d'une sous marque trouvable à moindre coût sur internet (vendue le double sur Rose Passion).

Pour résumer, RIEN n'indique sur leur site que certaines pièces vendues viennent de Chine (entre autres) et ne sont pas d'origine constructeur. Vous pouvez donc vous retrouver à monter une pompe à eau qui risque de péter, ou un thermostat qui se bloquera dans moins d'une année, et risquer gros sans même le savoir.

Pour ce gros manque de transparence, je mets 2 étoiles. Le service client fait remonter la note car impeccable il faut le reconnaître. Attention aux pièces que vous souhaitez commander.

Do not use this company two years ago I’ve ordered quite a few parts from these people and they keep sending parts that I never ordered or the wrong part and they won’t give you a discount or refund your money. I have a 997.2 in Italy terrible customer service typical French! this year I ordered an oil level sender and I ordered the three screws that hold it in and they sent me nine bolts. I’ve never even seen before and had no part number. please do not use this company. They’re terrible!

I have bought a Porsche 928 master brake cylinder and they send an anonymous parts that seems not a new one but a rebuilt one.
For the first time their customer service was very responsive and propose me to give the item back and they will send me a refund
I returned the item with insured shipping, I received from DHL a proof of delivery but they are saying that don’t have received the items and I’m still wait for the refund
After my request of explanation they didn’t reply
They are thieves and they stole my 470 euros
I’ll never bought from this company
