DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Absolute trash products, ZERO customer service, I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my cash.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️!!!!!!!

I ordered a few items from this company. None of the items looked like the ones advertised to start with. Items sent are very flimsy in my opinion not fit for purpose, total waste of money and time. Items never arrived on time either, communication with anyone in this company is like finding gold dust in the desert sand. Wouldn’t not ever recommend this firm to my enemy as a punishment that would be outright evil. I cannot recommend this company or their product to anyone. As said earlier items aren’t as advertised. All items I purchased from this company is going to the bin. I should have known better to order one item from them initially rather than buying over five items at once from them. Very nasty substandard products I can supply photos in support of my review.
Avoid this company at all costs

Orderd the door handle protectors ans when they arrived they were nothing like the ones on the website.
I emailed them twice and left a comment on social media but no response. The thing that annoys me is they are taking money from people and not supplying what they are advertising.
I would not recommend this company their customer service is poor

I purchased pro grip door stickers for my White Mazda expecting the items I saw on line -silver car badge with blue writing- but I received ones with a red badge and white writing! I contacted Inora and their customer service manager arranged (at half price) to send another set out. Alas they were the same I tried using black tape so you could read Mazda but they looked naff. Contacting the company again they said the writing ‘changes colour in different lights’ it does not. I was told I can have an exchange or refund (re their company rules) if I returned them. Two reasons could not one over 30 days since purchase and not in original condition ie been on car.
Very disappointed.

Order sent to incorrect shipping address. ( they have since tried to blame me for putting incorrect details on order. It’s impossible as pre-filled on order form) Sent 3 emails advising and asking for duplicate to be sent. Ignored by Inora. Asked my bank for chargeback. That got them into action. Threatening me with legal action. Not acknowledging why they ignored my emails. Calling me dishonest! Very poor customer service. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY as very poor customer service and they lie about the facts. Shame it took my action for chargeback to get them to pull their fingers out

Placed my order on 23rd July INORA24712. Is now the 4th August. Still have not got my order.

Just had a reply from Inora. Blaming customs and a faulty tracking number. They think I was born yesterday.

Order did finally turn up. The delivery times are disgraceful.

I ordered the door handle protection which did take sometime before receiving. Did get an email to say the was a back log. They did fit and I made sure the paint was clean and free from dust. But they started peeling off after a few weeks.
Inora stores, contacted me by email on the 28 July 2025, and threatening me with a charge of £150.00, also court and debt collection action.
They claim my dates are incorrect and my review was damaging to their business.
I have added a time line below, as I did not include any dates on my first review.
Ordered and paid on 23 April.
Notice of shipment on 23 April.
Another email to say due to high demand the order has just been dispatched, on the 27 April. (4 days later)
28 July I received 2 emails threatening court and debt collection action. Also wanted a charge of £150.00 to be paid for their time looking into this.
They claim my review is false and damaging, they included a immediate charge notification.
They also claim I said the product started peeling off after a few weeks.
Despite receiving it over 3 months ago and go on to say this implies I left the product unused for more than 2 months. Which is implausible and intentionally manipulative.
This company has made no attempt to contact me to discuss the problem and if they could help. They requested no photo evidence to show the issue.
Demanding £150.00 payment and threatening court action, does not show this company or its customer service in it's best light. Please make your own mind up.

It’s rare to find a car accessory that’s both practical and nice to look at. These protect from scratches and match well with the car’s details. Really satisfied.

Ordered on a Sunday, received in one week only. The stickers look better in real life than on the pictures. I’m thinking of ordering more for my husband’s car.

Took maybe 5 minutes for all four doors. The adhesive is strong but allows a little adjustment. Looks OEM and feels good quality.

One of those small upgrades that actually make a difference. I love the texture and finish. Fits great on my VW Passat. Delivery was fast and the packaging was solid.

I applied the HandGrip Pro stickers on my Ford Focus — they line up perfectly and add a nice touch without being too flashy. They also help avoid scratches from rings or keys. Good product.

Good site for finding personalised accessories for your car. I got a custom set of mats with my logo and matching door protectors. The result looks really nice and gives a premium touch to the interior. There was a slight delay in delivery (3 days longer than expected) but customer service kept me informed so no nasty surprises. Decent quality for the price. I’ll probably order more accessories in the future.

Do not order from this company I ordered 1 item price £9-99 they took out 2 payments 1 for £9-99 and another straight after for items worth £16-99 that I didn’t order it’s just a money making scam stay well clear should be reported to the trading standards don’t know why they are allowed to trading with all these bad reviews and especially when we are all saying the same thing ? We all can’t be wrong !! GET THEM OFF THIS SITE

Lying all time saying it's been delivered but only arrived after 20days and now threatening me with legal case against me me becausemy bank did charge back.Avoid very rude costumer service

What wast of money my under car door handles never showed up tried calling texting email them no response this company is just out to take your money I’ll never use them again stay clear and keep your hard earned money in your own pocket it says should reach you in seven days not three weeks and still nothing

Ordered door handle protectors but never received these.
No response to numerous email requests.
These people are Scammers, do not use

I ordered door-handle and sill protectors. They didn't arrive for several weeks. I messaged to say they hadn't arrived and have to say I did get a quick response.The door handle protectors are too thick and the sill protectors are not sticky. I have repeatedly emailed about this and am not getting any response now. Waste of money.

I ordered some inner door handle stickers. Not massively expensive but more than my wife paid for the same from a famous Chinese store...
While it arrived in a reasonable time frame but they immediately lay the groundwork for a long wait by emailing you to (lie) let you know RM are massively backed up and you may have a long wait.
I went for transparent ones, and after a week they arrived, but the item itself is simply useless far far too thick and rigid to go under the door handle, and too small to be usefull. To top that they don't even stick properly, and fall off within a week, so while the company exists, and will send you something, it's going to be overpriced and useless to the point uncle Ali is a better choice.
They don't entertain returns or address concerns either
