Really easy company to deal with…
Really easy company to deal with direct. we bought a washing line from them after (dare I say a cheap amazon one broke with in a month).

There is a human at the end of the phone line to sort out your problem
It was very easy to place the order, communication was brilliant and the item arrived on time. What is unusual today is if you have a problem (purely of my own making, nothing to do with Rope Source) there is a telephone number and a human answers the call and sorts things out for you. Absolutely brilliant.

Very pleased with my order.
I had searched every store for the kind of rope I needed with no luck. Then I found Rope Source on the Internet and was so pleased to find exactly what I wanted. It was also available in the exact length I required. It was easy to order and arrived in a timely manner.

Save time (and money) go nowhere else!
I spent many hours searching for a new clothes line. (How difficult can it be?) Having purchased two from sites on the net – one very strong but too thin, one too thick and generally useless as a clothes line. I also perused every hardware store that I encountered - also to no avail.
Having just encountered Chatgpt and asked several trial questions, with varying degrees of success, I asked about ‘proper’ clothes lines. The answer given was this company, Rope Source, and this clothes line, Everlasto!
10/10 on both counts! Great service, good price. Many thanks!
(I’m still not sure about Chatgpt, but it can’t be all bad.)
