Basically your website is terrible. I then received multiple emails saying I had left items in my cart, this was after I had made my purchase. Then advised the ropes would have to be made and minutes later told my order had been dispatched. My order did arrive but oh my pull your socks up and get it all fixed.

As regards your order, many f our items need to be made in house when not in stock. I think you must have been told it wasn't in stock, then they found some and sent it. So sorry about that.
