I recently bought a Hullavator which was faulty. Contacting Thule direct was a nightmare. That is where Roofracks came in. They sorted out the problem straight away, arranging for the faulty Hullavator to be collected and a replacement delivery from Thule. Well done and Thank you

I was after a tow ball carrier for my car and was told by Halfords and another online seller that probably nothing that would handle a couple of e-bikes would fit right. Lucky I tried roofracks.co.ukand gave them a call. They could not have been more helpful. John asked for photos of the tow ball and some measurements, and he took the trouble to figure out that there were a couple of Thule models that should fit fine. The best part is that this is one of the few places i could find near the So. Coast that had physical premised, stock of carriers, and the goodwill to try something on my car before I bought it. Brilliant help, sorted me with the right bit of kit at a fair price. Very happy and i highly recommend dealing with John and Ken at roofracks.co.uk. Thanks guys!

Really prompt and helpful advice from Ken was spot on and helped save me £££.

I have just ordered snowchains, but due to me living in the highlands Scotland the courier was wanting a exssesive surcharge, John advised I could get them collected and kindly explained how, I required the dimensions of the package in order to do this Ken measured and weighed them and sent details by email within minutes.
Thanks Ken and John for making life easy for a silver surfer.
Less than half the price of the surcharge.

Super pleased to be able to ask advise and get a response immediately, hard to come by these days, also very knowledgeable and efficient, sorted my problem straight away ,regarding roof rack for short roof. Happily made the purchase via roof racks.co.uk and received it good time very well packaged.
Thank you Ken for the short roof solution.

Stephen

I bought a Thule bike rack from these guys almost two years ago. The initial transaction was all very straight forward, and the delivery was all super simple. All great stuff, but pretty much what a I would expect to be honest.

Move forward to now and I’ve unfortunately had an issue with the bike rack which has meant I needed to make a Thule warranty claim. Throughout the process they’ve been absolutely excellent, acting as intermediaries between myself and Thule, arranging collection, warranty repair and return of the bike rack, and giving me a dedicated, named person I could deal with throughout the claim.

What could have been a real pain in the backside was made as simple and stress free as possible. You often wonder if buying online means sacrificing customer service, but if my experience is anything to go by these guys and gals are the full package, great value and excellent customer service.

I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Phoned up to get some info and got through straight away to a helpful, cheery guy.

Item arrived next day as promised, well packaged and with the lock barrels changed as requested.

I recently purchased Thule roof bars for a Range Rover Evoque and I have four comments of praise:

1. Excellent website, I was able to search and find the exact parts I needed within seconds. Furthermore there were downloadable fitting instructions plus a You Tube video showing assembly.

2. Very competitive price, I had been looking at the same product on the Halfords website, which was very confusing. Even with my car club 10% discount, Halfords price was still far more expensive, no assembly help other than they would fit the roof bars for me but at a cost of £15.

3. I ordered the roof bars on Wednesday morning and they arrived here in Aberdeenshire the following morning, which is quite amazing!

4. Despite being extremely well packed and many layers of bubble wrap, there was some minor damage to one of the roof bars. I reported the damage immediately by email and within minutes received a phone call from Ken at Roofracks.co.uk and the matter was resolved immediately. Great first class service, if that had been Amazon I would have spent the entire day searching their FAQ’s and communicating with robots!

I would definitely recommend this company and will spread the word on my car club forums.

Fast response to query about a product purchased and efficient and friendly response. Quickly replaced the part I needed and refunded my account for the initial purchase. Excellent customer services.

Just ordered a roof rack for my jeep they arrived two days later which was brilliant. On unwrapping them I found one of the boxes damaged this is where your heart sinks and the damage went through to one of the roof bars inside. I called straight away and was asked to send some photos of the damage which I did within half an hour a gentleman called to arrange for a replacement bar to be delivered at my convenience. Brilliant service it’s when things go wrong you find out how good a company is.

What a fantastic company - I had no clue what to buy for my boss's car but I called Roofracks and they talked me through the entire process even sending me pictures of similar cars so I could see the size of the box in relation to the car. I cannot rate them highly enough - they made my day 100 times easier. Thank you

Ordered Thule replacement parts, shipping to Canada, that were no longer available anywhere in North America. Order arrived
quickly with all the appropriate documentation to clear customs easily and was well packaged. Great customer service in calculating the
shipping cost. Well done!

I needed a new kit to fit a Thule bike carrier and website was easy to navigate and showed parts in stock. They arrived as promised including delivery tracking.

I then had a query regarding fitment and received a very prompt reply.

Highly Recommended

Excellent service from the guys here! Wasn’t too sure which item to buy, so gave them a call and sorted it pronto! I emailed them a photo and they emailed back straight away, then I ordered my part, easy! Great service!

spoke to a salesperson about a thule spare part. the guy seemed impatient and had an incredibly unhelpful manner over the phone. they quoted me a price and found the same part delivered for much less from exeter roof racks.

I've had a very good experience with Roofracks. They provided helpful information before making my purchase and quickly sorted out an issue (not of their making) afterwards. The goods arrived when promised and very well packed. I guess not least, their price was better than that from the large general suppliers I looked at. As the 5* says, 'no reservations.

Great to deal with. Delivered very quickly and when I had a query about a part they were fantastic. The sales person got the instructions out and talked me through it which fixed my error. 100% satisfied

As a returning customer I have come to expect nothing but exceptional customer service from roofracks.co.uk and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for roof racks or bike carriers. I’ll no doubt be in touch again when I next change my car.

Very helpful company that can really deliver the goods. After seeking advice the parts needed arrived on time as promised. Very easy to deal with. I would recommend them for anything involving Roof Racks.
Thanks again guys.

Bought a complete roof rack package and everything arrived promptly. There was a part missing when I unpacked it, but the guys at Roofracks sorted it out promptly for me. Excellent service.
