Ordered my 79 Falcon Prob bike back in June 2025 and didn't receive it until August 2025. Took a long time but it finally came and was with every minute of the wait! Love it!

150 days of waiting and got ... nothing
Order for 2025 model Surron bike was paid in full in March 2025, and after 5 month of waiting for delivery nothing I've got. Seller stated sea vessel has delivered my cargo from China to Europe in June, but even in 6 weeks after they were unable to arrange final delivery. Order was canceled and issued refund, but no one can return 5 month of wasted time. Extremely not recommended shop!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. For this Ukraine order, we had clearly stated the uncertainties before shipping. Unfortunately, due to the special circumstances at Ukraine customs, the shipment was lost. This situation was completely beyond our control. We have already issued a full refund to the customer and also absorbed the loss of the goods ourselves. Thank you for your understanding.

My son and I placed an order for a set of Supermoto wheels with Mike of Ronhack.com And while not being sure of what the companies online record was we decided to pull the trigger and make the order anyways. I must say that Mike was always available on WhatsApp to answer our questions about delivery. Our experience has been 100% with Ronhack.com!

Great source if you are looking for a Surron
I recently purchased a Surron Light Bee X from Ronhack. I had great service from the beginning. I was kept up to date throughout and all my emails were answered promptly. I was referred by a couple of friends and would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Beware of Ronhack.com eBike Parts Distributor
I want to share my recent experience with an order I placed with ronhack.com (AKA Chariot Cycle Ltd, Colorado) for a set of $499.00 MX Wheels for my Talaria xXx. I should note that before I ordered I checked with them via their web portal and they confirmed the wheels were in stock. It's been 36 days since I placed my order and I have no product and my money has not been refunded. ronhack.com customer service was completely unresponsive for 16 days. I left multiple voicemails and web portal messages that went unanswered until I filed a dispute with PayPal - and only then did I get a response. Since then, ronhack.com has employed delay tactics to postpone my refund. In fact, ronhack.com continues to delay my refund until the wheels arrive at their US destination. I take issue with my refund being contingent on shipping and product arrival for an order that was canceled 16 days ago (before it was even processed by UPS) and which is no longer addressed to me. I recently did a credit card charge-back, but that will remain pending until November. Hopefully, this message could spare other folks from ronhack's deceptive business practices, bad customer service, and a lengthy, uncertain dispute process to recover their money.
