Amazing customer support always so kind whenever I have a issue with my bike they are always immediately responding and helpful amazing prices I could not find any gt73s for under 2000 at one point I got it from them at 1800 defenitly deserve more popularity they even have better prices on some bikes then huge companies like Luna cycle whenever ordering a ebike always go here if they have it
