Merci pour la qualité des produits, la rapidité et le suivi du colis. J’ai pu suivre mon envoi du début jusqu’à son arrivée, et je ne suis absolument pas déçu de ma commande. Les prix sont le seul élément qui me freine. Sinon j’achèterais bcp plus.

The quality of the product was poor
The quality of the product was poor. I bought cream and green swim briefs, they went completely transparent when wet, I emailed expecting it was a fault but they said it was down to personal preference so couldn’t return/exchange.

Tissu coton qui se délave rapidement sachant que je les porte très peu..
Jogging, le bas et le haut maintenant son plus de la même couleur, j'ai une veste avec un flocage rondorff, veste porté une fois le flocage est presque parti.... Je trouve que c'est inadmissible au tarifs des vêtements.
Le service client nul, j'ai contacté la marque via Fb et instagram, jamais de retour....
Je ne suis pas prêt de racheter des articles... Surtout à ce prix....

Ron Dorff c’est bien mais…
Ron Dorff propose de bons produits, très sympas et de bonnes qualités mais ils devraient revoir la relation client, la livraison est longue et les informations de suivi de commande sont incompréhensibles voir inexistants.

Great brand! Only issue I had was the fact you can’t spend online vouchers in store. Wanted to try on in store and buy with voucher but had to order online then send back as didn’t fit.
