Disappointing product quality and reluctant customer support for a premium brand
I purchased a swim briefs from Ron Dorff as a birthday gift for my husband, expecting high quality given the brand’s positioning and premium price point. Unfortunately, after just a couple of pool uses, the fabric showed significant pilling.
Getting a response from customer support was an uphill battle. My initial attempt to contact them directly was ignored completely. It was only after I posted a negative product review that someone finally reached out to address the issue.
When I provided photos of the damage, customer service dismissed the problem as "external friction" rather than a manufacturing defect and refused to make it right. For a luxury athletic brand, both the product durability and the unwillingness to take ownership of a clear quality issue fall far short of expectations.
I would strongly caution anyone expecting premium quality or customer care before ordering.

Lamentable!
Extrêmement déçu du service client. Ça fait des années que je suis fidèle à cette marque. Je me suis toujours fourni dans les magasins. Pour la première fois, j'ai passé une commande directement sur leur site pour des sous vêtements. Il y avait une petite promo sur un modèle. J'ai passé commande. Le lendemain je reçois un mail me disant que ma commande était en préparation mais qu'il s'excusait et qu'il me rembourser les fameux articles en promo. Car leur site n'était pas à jour. Bon ok pas de problème. Je vérifie quand même. Effectivement la promo n'est plus d'actualité. Mais sur le site, le même modèle, de la même taille, de la même couleur est disponible. Je réponds au mail et je leur explique. Après tout ce n'est pas de ma faute. Ils sont totalement responsables, je ne vois pas en quoi ça me concerne. Et franchement commercialement ça ne se fait pas. On me répond qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Que c'est à moi de comprendre leur situation. Fin de non recevoir. Bref si je suis pas content c'est pareil. Pour une maison qui se targue d'utiliser le mot "discipline ", je ne suis pas sûr qu'ils en connaissent vraiment la définition. On marche sur la tête.

Excellent product
I'm one of those people who loves to shop, but not all at once; I shop monthly. So my purchases don't exceed $300 or $500, as you can see from my history. I should be able to use points as a discount for those purchase amounts, at least with a minimum of $300, and get a discount with the accumulated points.
