I really like the Ron Dorff designs and…
I really like the Ron Dorff designs and overall the products are good quality material. However, the problem is with the quality of how they’re put together. Same problem across different products and different ages of the products, New items just opened, worn items a year old, and worn once or twice pairs, seem to fall apart quickly round the seams. Trousers, shorts all fall apart with these problems and it’s super frustrating particularly with new items. Pockets useless with holes in them.
I hope they improve the quality as I don’t think I can justify buying more when the problem has persisted over a number of orders across a few years.

Non-existent customer service
Wrote to customer service a couple of weeks ago for an issue with the delivery (it wasn't delivered) and I haven't heard back yet... quite unacceptable customer service considering the cost of the product and the extra cost of the delivery.

I was drawn to Ron Dorff's Cashmere pants line for its promise of luxurious comfort in a modern, minimalist design. The pants fit the brand's aesthetic perfectly, clean, soft, and suitable for elevated casual wear. The material is officially listed as 100% 2-ply Mongolian cashmere, which suggests a high level of quality and durability for the fiber type. The core issue is the extremely poor longevity relative to the premium price. The pants developed a hole in the main fabric panel after less than four weeks of ownership and only 5-6 uses. These were light, casual uses, not involving any strenuous activity or sports. The hole appeared as a result of yarn breakage, likely due to localized abrasion (rubbing) in a standard area of the pants. While it is true that cashmere is delicate and susceptible to abrasion, the rapid onset of failure, a hole appearing after fewer than 6 uses, strongly suggests that the yarn quality or the knitting density was insufficient for trousers in a high-friction area. The Bottom Line: Price vs. Quality Prospective buyers should be aware of the significant quality risk.

No exchanges or refunds. Beware. And wrong sizes are common.
I have been a very loyal customer of ron dorff products over the past two years , speaking over $2000 on swimwear, underwear , shirts and shirts there sizes run small and their size charts are often wrong , but I was willing to put up with this because I’d the exceptional product quality. I would simply exchange my my size large do an xl , or get a store credit for a return. This all changes this month when I purchased a pair of pants in size large , which the size chart said should fit a 34-36 inch waist. The pants are way too small and I need an xl size. Afyer many polite emails to customer support. I was told they no longer so any exchanges to the U.S. AND there are no refunds on sale items. So buyer beware. Unless they get their sizes on their siz charts right, you may be stuck with some expensive ill fitting goods. This was a major disappointment. It’s a shame their customer service is not on par with the quality. Imagine Patagonia, Vuori or REI level of service with this brand be they would kill it. I will not be buying again.
