Good quality, fair prices especially in the Sale, environmentally conscious packaging.

I have placed many orders with Ron Dorff and I have usually been happy with both the service and merchandise.

Recently, there has been a noticeable delay in processing returns. Until recently, these were swfit and pain-free. However, a recent return, for an item which the company itself sent out the wrong sized product, has been with them for three weeks with no resolution in sight.

I have contacted them twice and not been provided a firm date for processing the refund. They claim to provide a refund for all returns in "an estimated 5 working days". However, this is clearly not currently the case.

EDIT 18 September. Still no refund. Order number: 87853

EDIT 26 September. After updating this review the first time, they quickly realised their mistake and refunded the returned item. It is a shame writing a negative review was the only way to get Ron Dorff to react and rectify the situation.

Love the brand and the shopping experience both in store and online. My most recent purchase online was very easy and straightforward. Then I had a query on the order which was resolved promptly by the customer support team to amend the shipping address. Exceeded by expectations.

I’ve tried lots of underwear brands for men over the years, but nothing comes close to Ron Dorff y-front briefs in my opinion. The quality of the material, cut and fit, and support is unrivalled. You don’t feel like you are wearing anything, but everything is supported just right at the same time. I will not buy any other briefs.

Great products. Questionable customer service. I sent an item back for a refund over 2 weeks ago. Up until now, I've not had any acknowledgement of receipt, or an indication of when I can expect the refund. I'd appreciate a response.

Hab schon mal öfter dort was bestellt und auch wieder zurückgeschickt. Das die Sachen aus Frankreich geschickt werden dauert es schon mal etwas länger bis die Sachen ankommen und es dauert auch etwas länger, wenn man die Sachen zurückschickt und dann das Geld zurückerstattet wird. Umtausch geht auch nicht, man muss dan neu bestellten. Die Rücksendung ist auch nicht kostenlos möglich. Am Ende klappte aber immer alles reibungslos, Zusendung, Rücksendung, Rückerstattung.
Trotz allem vorher erwähnten, die Sachen sind qualitativ gut, erscheinen und sind wertig und zeitlos klassisch, darum gefält mir die Marke.

Very efficient with the delivery. Great quality and design underwear. The problem is that they don’t keep the colours available all the time. I love the pink and khaki briefs and now they are gone.
