Rom Valley Glass & Glazing Omdömen

Quick install and great customer service. Thanks

Over the moon with our bifold doors. We have recently had our kitchen renovated and they add the perfect touch. Customer service was great throughout. The ONLY reason i am giving 4 instead of 5 starts is that the people who installed the doors didn't wipe the doors one bit after. all 5 panels were covered in dirt and finger prints. After spending a substantial amount of money, it would be nice for the installers to give the doors a little wipe down. Other than that, everything was perfect and they look great. I would highly recommend this company to others!

Very happy with my aluminium bifold door supplied and fitted by Rom Valley Glass & Glazing. Quick response, friendly and informed me all the way from order to installation. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with our door and the service from ROM Valley Glass & Glazing. They were fabulous every step of the way. The fitters were lovely, and cleaned up and took the old door away too. I highly recommend this company.

Had a great service from Rom Valley from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly helpful and patient with us both when we visited the show room and via email. We are incredibly happy with our bifold doors with the astragal bars and our front door. Would 100% recommend and use again if we needed.

Had all our windows and doors replaced with Rom Valley , absolutely fantastic service and great quality windows and doors , was kept informed throughout and the fitting team were perfectionists went above and beyond for us , would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone wanting new windows and doors

Fantastic customer service, the whole process from start to finish was very professional and efficient. We ordered smart system bifold doors with built in blinds (which I would highly recommend) and windows for our renovation project, we was extremely happy with the finished work. They look fantastic!

Needed new windows and a front door and came across Rom valley on Instagram.

The quote was very competitive and the showroom was very helpful and was really nice to see the products in real life.

I was kept informed by James and the office staff throughout the process, would highly recommend.

I was recommended this company by one of my friends as I was after a new front door.

The minute we stepped into the impressive showroom in Hutton we felt welcome and James went above and beyond to help us pick the right door.

An overall pleasant experience from initial showroom visit to install.

Will definitely be using Rom Valley for future needs.

We had a set of Aluminium bifolds and a single door supplied and fitted by Rom Valley Glass for our summer-house and our experience was great from beginning to end. I popped down to their showroom to look at their doors and the factory where they make them and Sophie from the sales team shared my options with me and gave me colour samples. Once I had made my decision I worked with Sophie to get everything ordered and booked in. The fitters were quick and tidy and were happy to just be left to it.
After the doors were installed I noticed the magnets were missing and so I contacted Sophie who had this sorted out within a week. The doors look amazing and the sales care and aftercare from Sophie was fabulous! I would recommend Rom Valley Glass and I would use them again.

Fantastic experience with Rom Valley glass; all the way from the original site survey and ending in the fantastic finished article of the installation.

We had bi-fold doors, sky lantern and rear garage door supplied by the team following the amazing experience we had in our previous home with Rom Valley. The finished article completely transforms the space and has left a clinical finish and supplied the cherry on the cake.

Smooth and easy install of our front door. Had a vison of our door and now we actually have it. Very professional and trustworthy company and extremely helpful with any questions. Would recommend this company
