Rom Valley Glass & Glazing Omdömen

I've recently used Rom Valley for our windows at the front and back of our house. Although we had a few problems along the way, Sophie was always there to help and they were dealt with quickly. We're happy with the finished product. Everyone at Rom Valley are friendly and approachable. The showroom is outstanding and the way it is set out made it easier to choose our windows.
I would definitely recommend using this company.
Deb and Malcolm

Large Aluminium sliding doors fitted to replace old sixties wooden windows.
James , Ken and all the team were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend.

On visiting the showroom was very impressed with the selection of windows and doors , was made to feel welcome and relaxed no pressure salesperson, great level of service many thanks 😊
Very pleased with the installation first class .

Super helpful team & lovely windows! Sophie in particular was great in providing updates & walking me through the options remotely.

To start with, we chose their doors because they looked amazing and would give our existing outbuilding the external impact it needed.

And then when the fitter came to install them, wow! He worked meticulously to carefully remove the original sad-looking doors we had, correcting and levelling the original installation space and putting our new ones in, all to a high level finish.

Everything capped and sealed as if it was part of the original design of the building.

Every aspect taken care of and not a trace they had been here after. I would definitely use them for our next installations!

Amazing work by Rom Valley Glass. I’m so pleased with my new windows and bifold doors.

Professional team, allowed us to design basically whatever we wanted. Family firm and everything completed first time without any problems. Our builders are now using them on future projects as they were impressed by the work.

Having recently moved in to a new home , I wanted to change the patio doors .
I knew Exactly what I wanted , and with Rom valleys help I got my new black Crittall doors ,
They look amazing and are worth the wait.
Great service as always .

Having being recommend by a friend to get a quote from Rom Valley glass I was so pleased I did . I was invited to their very impressive showroom in Shenfield Essex to discuss and view all my options . Everything was explained so well which gave me a better understanding of what would suit my 1930’s Mock Tudor property in Upminster. I dealt with Jack and he was very helpful and professional as were the office girls Lucy and Sophie. The installation took 3 days and Steve was very efficient and has done a lovely job going over and above to give a lovely finish . I don’t have any decorating to touch up and you’d never have know internally I’d had my windows out. 5* service well deserved.

Thank you Rom Valley Glass. We love our new Smart Black Windows & bi-folds. James guilded us through, gave us lots of advice & a competitive price. Our son had previously used them so we knew their quality & install was excellent through from James to Rich the surveyor to Colin & Ben that did a wonderful job on the install under challenging conditions in the scorching July heat. I'd have no hestitation recommending them highly.
