We recently used Rom Valley and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their pricing was competitive, and we were impressed by the excellent range of windows and doors available to view in their showroom.

The entire team—from sales to servicing—were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. The installers did a great job as well, working efficiently and leaving everything tidy.

What really stood out for us, though, was their outstanding aftercare. Any snagging or potential issues were dealt with promptly and without hassle. When you're spending a significant amount of money into something like windows and doors for a house renovation, it’s a great relief to know you're working with a reputable company that truly stands behind their work. The peace of mind this gave us was invaluable.

We’d highly recommend Rom Valley Glass & Glazing to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service.

A company that is so passionate about delivering an outstanding service both in price and communication with clients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Darshan Sunger - Chigwell

Would highly recommend Rom Valley.

After a break-in at my home where a large front window was smashed, Rom Valley came out within hours. They surveyed, supplied and fitted new security glass quickly and professionally - and at a very competitive price. Fast, reliable and professional service. Highly recommend.

We had excellent service

Excellent experience from start to finish with the replacement of all our leaded glass in two large bay windows. Our showroom visit with Jack was very informative, including a view of the factory. We had a prompt visit to measure up and were pleased with the competitive price. Installation went well yesterday and Wayne was very efficient and professional and clearly cared about leaving us fully satisfied with the results. Everyone involved has ben great and it's been a pleasure to do business with them. Highly recommended company and team. Thank you

Great communication, service and product from Jack and his team!

Thank you Rom Valley for your quality service, supplying and fitting our stunning new front door and side panels.
The two skilled fitters did a great job and showcased Rom Valley's excellence and customer satisfaction.
Our new door was exactly what we were looking for and as enhanced the look of our home.

This was a positive experience, from our first visit to the showroom right up until the day of fitting of our new door everything went smoothly & without the slightest hitch.
We had a door & surround fitted, both the style & quality of materials used were exactly what we were looking for.
Two highly skilled fitters arrived right on time in the morning, both were really nice guys, and I can report that their work was excellent.
In a highly competitive market Rom Valley stand out as an extremely professional company offering value for money.

Works completed:
We had 4x double glazed windows changed,
2x Large rooflights installed, (approx 1m x 2.5m each),
1x Large 4.5m 3 panel sliding rear patio door installed.

From the very first viewing in their Essex show room I have had a faultless experience.
- The initial sales team were smart and professional.
- Surveying experience was helpful and more than happy to answer any technical questions.
- Communications with the booking team were frequent and prompt.
- Installation team were great- extremely friendly, knowledgeable & great attention to detail.

Could not recommend Rom Valley highly enough. And without question I will be using them again.

Excellent service and perfect fit! I had a full house of new windows including Bay Windows and aluminium bifold doors installed, which have transformed my space. The team was professional, punctual, and left no mess. Highly recommend—they were also competitive on price. 10/10

We have just had our windows replaced by Rom Valley Glass and Glazing. I must say we were a little concerned about who to use having had some dubious quotes in the past. However, a friend in the construction industry recommended Rom Valley Glass and Glazing. From the initial enquiry to the installation, I have to say we couldn’t be more pleased. We were invited to their showroom to look at the different types of windows. James was so helpful in advising us on the benefits of the different types of windows they supply. He then visited the house and took some measurements for a rough quote. The next visit was a surveyor who went around the house, confirmed measurements and looked for any possible problems. Once we decided to go with the quote the next step was installation. The main two installers that did our work were Lee and his son Liam. We also had visits from Mick, Paul and Chris. It took about a week and a half all in. The installation team were brilliant, they were always polite professional and worked hard to get the job done on time. I can’t praise the installers highly enough, they treated our property with care, consideration and respect and were a credit to the company. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the installation and quality of the windows, my house is now quieter and warmer. I would have no doubt at all in recommending Rom Valley Glass and Glazing.
