Rom Valley Glass & Glazing Omdömen

Rom Valley recently supplied and installed some new bifolding doors for my living area. They have completed revamped the space making it feel so much more open and spacious! Not to mention the professionalism throughout the process from the team providing the quotes to the installation, I could not recommend them enough!

I had my entire house renovated and replaced all the windows, plus front door, internal crittal style doors, rear crittal style French doors and huge lantern in the kitchen. The whole process was super smooth from initial visit by Jack, to a showroom visit and loads of discussions about my choices and then finally to instalment and follow up. The team were excellent and particularly Jack who was like my right hand man when on my build. I was fully supported and this was particularly needed as I renovated on my own. Can’t fault Rom Valley - would recommend them over and over again.

Amazing showroom and incredible install team. Very professional pre fitting service which got the dims mm thick. We are so happy with the final product. Thank you team m

ROM Valley supplied and installed for us sliding doors, picture windows, window units, a flat rooflight and a front door. Jack and his team were extremely professional and helpful during the whole process from providing design advice, updates on installation dates, installation and post installation snagging. I would definitely recommend ROM Valley, a friendly and helpful family run business.

From initial contact, survey and fitting a really good experience. All the team were very polite and they know their windows!
Lee and Liam did the actual fitting and they did an excellent job to replace two windows and they also left the house clean and tidy where they had been working and explained to me what they had done.
I would recommend this company.
Thank you.

Great service throughout the project from design to installation and after sales service

Rom Valley were employed to change the old windows in a very large Hall and changing rooms at Poplar Blackwall and District Rowing Club following competitive quotes. They proved to be reliable professional and the result of their work makes the club house look so much better and warmer. We received a consistently good service from salesman to the installers. There was attention to detail and very good planning. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves every day for the 5 days the job took. There were no short cuts and they were contactable and obliging. Nothing too much. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having just moved into our new house we were faced with the prospect of replacing our existing roof lantern which leaked from 3 out of 4 corners.

We were keen to reduce the size of the lantern which would involve an amount of building work.
I did my research and found their reviews to be 5* (without exception), so we got in touch.

James came out to look at our project, we discussed what we wanted to do but that we didn’t have a builder in mind.
No problem! This was the attitude of Rom Valley throughout the entire project. Rom Valley sourced us a first-class builder, coordinated scaffolders, provided a Titan lantern (a highly-regarded brand within the market) and finally carried out a seamless and quick installation which they even brought forward due to storm Babet.
James was in constant contact, always on hand to progress the project.
You get the sense Rom Valley remains very much a family run business and with that you benefit from a personalised service. Our home is more than we ever could have imagined, thank you!

New Front door & windows fitted ,quality installation, professional & very friendly . Our 2nd time using Rom Valley glass & have recommended them to several people .

Excellent product installed with care by very polite and hard working men who worked through hours of rain without complaint and left all tidy and clean.

Today I had my new front door fitted and the guys were not just super friendly, professional and punctual but they have done the best job. They also left everywhere clean and tidy and did a really good job - highly recommend

This company is by far the best I have used in the last 10 years !

They told me 8 week lead time and was on site fitting in 8 weeks.

They had delivery of all products at one time nothing missing or delayed.

They never hold me up on my site programmes and are very organised.

There sash window options are great value for money and by far the cheapest quote you will receive.

Friendly and reliable! They did a great job of fitting our new front door!

I was recommended by a friend to rom valley. Jack came round I explained what I would like and was so pleased with the time he spent with me going through what I wanted and he took time to go through other alternatives with me, after going through all the options I decided to go with jacks advise. I would like to say I am so pleased with my doors and Windows. I would 100% recommend Rom Valley.

We are so pleased we used Rom Valley Glass. They delivered an amazing service from start to finish and the new windows and doors look beautiful! Customer service was of the highest standard throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble. The showroom they have is superb and helped us choose and visualise the windows and doors. We highly recommend them!

I’m so happy with my new windows and the lads who fit them were so professional and did a great job, I was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I took their advise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks guys

Just had these guy's replace our windows and i can't recommend them enough. James was great, not pushy and helped us decide what we wanted, made a change to the handles half way through and he couldn't have been more helpful. A full survey was done with a thorough inspection of our property and what was needed to install the new windows. Lastly the fitters came and they were the nicest guy's and nothing was too much trouble, fitting was excellent and the finish is really first class, knocked it all out in two days and left the house spotless. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

1st class company from start to finish. Took us years to take the plunge and having had quotes over a few years we finally went for it and upgraded the whole house. Rom Valley were the only company we felt we trusted with the task. Jack was knowledgeable, personable, professional and above all else trustworthy! If i’d known how easy Rom Valley would make the whole process i’d of done it years ago! Our fitters Mick and Nick were extremely accommodating, nothing was too much trouble above all else they respected our home. Service is outstanding. Top notch!

We recently got our front door, bifold doors and lantern from Rom Valley glass and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly professional and highly recommend. Thank you so much to the team and James.
