Very good price and responsive seller

Very disappointing experience. The website indicates items are in stock, but in reality, orders are often placed with suppliers only after payment is taken. This causes delays, especially for high-demand items that may not be readily available. Tracking numbers are issued prematurely, creating the impression that the item has been dispatched, when in fact it hasn't even arrived from the supplier. Communication throughout has been poor—emails go unanswered, and the online chat is unresponsive. Overall, a very frustrating and misleading service.

Great product, amazing price. Took some prodding to get delivery and dispatch, but they just seemed busy so that's ok.

They offer good pricing but fail to meet the delivery standards they promise. If you’re not in a rush they’re good, but just keep in mind you might have to wait close to a month.

Firstly let me be clear I received my two camera lenses undamaged and at a good price.

However, my frustration comes from the poor delivery information, numerous unkept promises and a failure to keep me informed without prompting from me. Overall it took 24 calendar days to deliver something that was labelled as 'ex-stock'. Very disappointing delivery experience. Romi needs to be a little more forthcoming and provide unprompted explanation of what is happening in the process and next steps. This would help the customer empathise and build some confidence. Towards the end of the wait I would have happily placed my order elsewhere even if it cost me more!

Camera lens was sold at a very keen price. I experienced delays in the postage process. Communications throughout were nevertheless prompt and transparent.

Now lets address the elephant in the room....DELIVERY TIME. I ordered it on 13th March and was delivered on 5th April. On the web site the item was in stock...so if you want the lens in a short time then you may be disappointed like me.

Just swinging by to give Romi's Electronics a glowing review as it's usually the case that smaller online retailers often get overlooked by logistical titans like Amazon etc. If you're here to check whether this is a legitimate business then let me put your mind at rest ... it is. While the turnaround from order placement to delivery might not be as rapid as some of his bigger, more established competitors (roughly 10 days), Romi more than makes up for it with his cheery demeanour and the prices of his merch. I picked up a brand new Sony handset for considerably less than every other website I looked at. If you've stumbled across his site and spotted a real bargain then purchase without fear. LOVE the phone ... cheers Romi.

Ordered weeks before I needed something and was promised multiple times it would arrive beforehand and it didn’t. Had to constantly chase for updates on my order and ask for it to be sent after they said it was just sitting in the warehouse

Good comms, had some issues with available colours but resolved quickly, phone was as described and perfect, would use again.

only small issue was delivery time, was slightly more than the 10 business days promised.

I was slightly cautious about buying, the price seemed a bit too good to be true.

Camera is great.
The whole process, from order to arrival took longer than anticipated, but the sellers answered my queries with patience and politeness every time.

Please be aware that initial wait time can be quite long, for me it was 2 weeks but the rest is perfect. Seller is responsive and informed me when i asked questions about the shipment status

The camera I purchased is prefect and at a great price, the only downside was the posting of the camera, the website policy states goods will be sent in two to three working days, I ordered the item on the 26th of February, it was sent till 9th of March, I did enquire on the 4th of March but was just told it would be sent in 10 business days, so anyone making a purchase should be aware it may be delayed.

I bought this camera not knowing it was an ‘international’ model. £70 over the retail price but I wanted the camera. It came with the wrong battery charger and adaptor. They do not fit together. I spoke with them at length and today I received an adaptor that is exactly the same as the one in the camera box. They will not fit together any way you try, they are incompatible. They are not supposed to fit, it’s impossible. I have ordered one from Amazon at a cost of £21. 99. So I have paid again over the odds as the charger and adaptor are no use. Just be careful when ordering you are buying what you need. They are obviously meant for a different country. On the box it says not to be sold outside of Japan!

Overall, it was a decent service. There were some communication issues. However, once they receive stock, they overnighted the camera and lens when the items had arrived in their warehouse.
