I bought a Dell computer from them and…Broken computer
Falsifiers and thieves bought a Dell computer from them and when I opened the box it was cracked and dysplay does not work I try to get to them but does not answer or branch and in ajman I will call the police and see what happens. I do not recommend this company. it does not deserve any star is a fake company and I do not recommend you to take from this site criminals and forgers. ... they closed all messages no one can write you are thieves.

This is a genuine review for Romi’s Electronics. I purchased a Sony a7 IV camera from Romi earlier this year. The camera later developed a fault, so I returned it for repair. (Sony will not repair anything under warranty that is not an EU product – Romi imports his stock from Asia, so anything you buy from him has no valid warranty in the UK or Europe.)
Communication with Romi has been incredibly frustrating. He only replies when I send strongly worded emails and ignores most messages in between. Every time he does reply, it’s the same story – “it’ll be with you next week” – but weeks turn into months and still nothing. I have now been without my camera for months, and getting a straight answer from Romi is like getting blood out of a stone.
There’s no phone number to call, no proper customer service, and no accountability. The prices might be cheap, but you pay for that with non-existent support and a total lack of warranty protection.
You’ll wait ages for your order to arrive, and if your product goes wrong, you’ll likely end up stuck – no product, no communication, and no clear path to getting your item repaired or returned.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid Romi’s Electronics.

£18k IN CHARGEBACKS
Words cannot express my frustration... I placed 2 orders with this "company" a month ago totalling around £18k. Neither orders have been shipped after a month of waiting. I emailed in after 2 weeks and they said that the order is ready to be shipped the next day but they never sent it out. Now they are completely ignoring my emails. Will be opening chargebacks tomorrow. Do not waste your time and AVOID!!!!!!

This was the first time I have used Romi's Electronics but overall it has been a good experience. The site advertised a ten working day delivery time and it probably took around three weeks which I was expecting anyway having bought from other grey market suppliers. The lens i bought, an RF 200-800 came well packaged with original box inside an outer box and the price at the time was the best available. Will use again.

We would like to respond in regards to your review that we are based in the UK and you have posted a review from UAE and suddenly started receiving multiple inquiries from UAE for fraud activities.
After receiving multiple inquiries, we initiated a search and found an almost similar name company based in Dubai. That company seems like a generic website, selling multiple things.
In that case, it is proven that you are a victim of a different company and have posted a review on our trustpilot page where we don't deal in UAE and never served any order. We are limited to the UK only therefore we request you to remove your review because it is impacting our profile without any involvement.

I have asked for a refund and received an email saying it will take 10 working days
So Ready the press the button for a credit card chargeback to get my money back as I suspect no refund will arrive

Overall a positive experience and would use again. The best price I could find and very pleased with the camera.
I did have concerns about delivery, but Romik replied quickly to my emails. The camera was a day late, but I can live with that for the price.

Still waiting for the lens to be delivered, now near a month since inital order.website did state that orders would be posted within 10 working days. Other reviews have also commented on the extreme slowness of delivery, I now regret placing the order with this firm.
