Roman Boilers Ltd. Omdömen

Would definitely recommend- quick response- very thorough- *****

I have used different trades people over the years.

A new boiler was required so I searched via Boiler Guide site which sends my details to 3 different companies, Roman Boiler being one of them.

It's a family run business by Chris and it was he that communicated with and ultimately fitted the new boiler.

I can honestly say that he was fantastic!

Not only did he take time out to fully access the situation, he explained things very well. They priced the job reasonably and due to the nature of the way he had taken his time to that point, I decided to support an independent business.

I was hugely impressed with his work and continued communication. He was able to order and install the new boiler within days and he was fantastic.

Personally, I will continue you use him on all related matters and would strongly recommend others give him a chance.

Good communication, patience and experienced

Great service.

My experience was what you would expect from a professional tradesman. Chris was friendly and very knowledgeable. His work is neat and tidy leaving no mess behind either !

I will be signing up to their service plans and any future work will definitely be going their way.

All documentation was sent swiftly after completion.

Chris has been absolutely amazing. He has gone above and beyond what I had expected. His level of professionalism, transparency, willingness to help and answer any questions not to mention cleanliness has been literally flawless. His workmanship is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend his company to anyone be it a landlord property or personal. Chris thank you for both re-arranging work to get this emergency install done and all your help from inception to completion. Your work is outstanding! Thank you

A superb company who replaced our boiler in three days at a very competitive price with really excellent service; they delivered what they promised on time and within budget; highly recommended, don't go anywhere else!

First Class service from Roman Boilers, from initial contact to completion of the install. Chris works with pride and his workmanship is excellent, in the future will be my first choice for any gas work.

very pleasant person. Kept us informed of what he was doing. Very tidy worker. Cleaned up everything before leaving. Did an excellent job.

Can not recommend this firm enough, went above and beyond so good.

Chris is reliable. I was impressed with his professionalism and punctuality. He informed me with the issues with boiler, heating and kept me updated on progress. He resolved the issues with my full satisfaction.

Roman Boilers have carried out two projects for me. The first one was to replace the boiler and various other associated items and radiators in our house. This work was carried out with utmost care and at a fair cost. Myself and wife are very pleased with the result. The second job was to replace the boiler, remove the old hot water tank and replumb the whole heating system, fit new thermo valves to all the rads and modify the thermostat to wi-fi in my daughters house. Both the properties were fitted with condensing boilers. A new shower unit was also fitted in the bathroom of my daughters property. I would have no hesitation of recommending them. Very nice people to deal with!
