ROK Coffee Omdömen 

We love our ROK espresso maker. We decided to get another portafilter, as our handle had broken. The new portafilter handle is much stronger, and the whole thing seemed to seal better on the press, and it worked beautifully.

Pleased for many years yet! :)

Sent multiple emails inquiring as to order status. Order took almost a month to ship, then the shipment was held up for reasons never made clear to me. No responses from ROK, tried various email addresses. The emails didn't bounce, they simply didn't respond. Shipping company was finally the one to get back to me. At time of writing this, their "help" page is still just a blank page.

The product itself is nice, the service not so much.

With the new espresso making coffee container that works for normally ground coffee, the increased pressure took 2 weeks to break one lug of the bayonet seal ring underneath. Slight health and safety issue on that point - the almost boiling water spurted out under pressure..... However the new part was easily found on the website (strangely the Australian version was the first to show), and while the shipping cost more than the part, when it arrived I could see that it had the area that had broken now reinforced with an extra rib. Simple but good design innovation - O was clearly not the first to whom this had happened. Changing it over was easy, and I am now happily back drinking Rok espressos.

Rok coffee press is blisteringly good: had it for over 8 years I guess and experimented with coffees and methods. New RG plunger has been a much easier press, but produced weaker, cooler coffee and noticeable water residue in the tank. Checked the seals and re-fitted the whole unit, but I’m back to the original plunger and much happier. Note - horrifically I take sugar! And settled on Lavazzo Rosso!

It makes much better coffee than my cafetière.

General a fine experience. However, it broke within the first three uses. A replacement part was sent quickly.

Love the upgrade! Highly suggest the GC, I immediately got better results in my espresso!

Prompt service. The Rok Espressso GC conversion kit makes a big difference to the quality of espresso. We’re very satisfied.

Love my ROK! Present from my wife Claire. Great coffee and learning as I go. Can't yet get a real crema but will keep experimenting.

Rok coffee maker GC is a great tool. Gives joy out putting hands on, the usually automated, process of making the coffee.
Pleasure to use it easy to clean it. 3 months of everyday use so far and no sign of wearing out so far.
4 stars for my not met expectations related to crema. It's nowhere near what what your get at decent coffee shop. Crema plus kit is just useless, regular portafilter makes better crema.
In any case in happy with ROK. Thank you.

This the best home espresso maker I had so far. I tried many with different results but ROK rock it.

The ROKK is an impressive espresso machine and I love the fact that it must be operated manually. The espresso tastes great and it's low in maintenance. The delivery service was great, it arrived the next day. Finally, it looks very nice on the counter top.

Good and well built product overall. Though the grind adjustment wheel sometimes falls off and the sticky rubber on the base isn‘t as sticky as advertised. However, ginds are even and make good coffee. Thanks.

Service was prompt once the Grinder GC was in stock, and it grinds very consistently. Unboxing was minor problematic due to burr adjustment wheel being stuck tight, but eventually we got that working and the grinder is great for espresso, but have not really used it for V60 type drip brewing, or rather never dialed it in for a courser grind. Grinding for 18g double shot is fine, takes a few minutes, but grinding more beans than 18 - 20g range would become tiresome quickly.
