After I placed my order for the 'HIGO II' the shipping went fast and without problems. The knife itself is beautiful and the craftsmanship excellent and so far I am happy for what I paid a lot of money for. I would have liked a leather pouch for my knife though. First I must say the ordering process was super easy and shipping was supper fast. I could not believe I got my knife in just a few days. very impressed.
Second the communication with customer service was great. good customer service is sometimes hard to find. Not with Rockstead Great communication and great customer service.
Last but not least the knife. Wow Wow Wow!!!! better than I could have imagined, It is a true work of art. The black blade is just like a mirror. the sharpness is scary sharp. I carry this knife as my daily carry, I have opened a ton of boxes with it. Cut rope with it. Use it in the kitchen to cut meat, slices cheese paper thin. All I do is wipe it off and its back to being a beautiful work of art. I know the knife is expensive but its worth every penny. I love my knife,,, thank you Rockstead. I will be buying more.

The transaction was very smooth. The website is easy to maneuver. The DHL shipping was very quick and paying for the import duties via DHL was straight forward. The travel time from Japan to Chicago was 3 days. The DHL delivery was supposed to be a signature delivery, however, the DHL driver left the $1500 package on my front porch, the typical delivery location for my house. The DHL software did alert me to the delivery so the package was not there long. In total it was a good transaction and I plan to purchase again from Rocksteadshop.jp.

Fast reliable serviy
Considering I ordered the knife directly from Japan I had the knife in my hands in New York within 4 days. Very impressed. They had what I wanted. And even replied to my question. Very quickly. I would recommend ordering from them to anyone that might of been hesitant because their located in Japan.
