Fantastic knives, great customer service
In the last month I've ordered a SHU and a RYO from Rocksteadshop. I prefer to buy from Rockstead directly rather than a dealer, even if the price is similar after the customs duty is paid. The knives are incredible, I own eight now and treasure each one.

The undisclosed customs duty fees from DHL
The knife is great, the duty I had to pay dhl was not, it would have been professional to tell me ordering from them directly and shipping over seas would have some customs duty fees in addition to the price of the knife, if I had known I could have bought one inter USA..

Outstanding piece of Japanese craftsmanship!
This beautifully crafted knife in its quality and dedication to details and perfection can be a true lifelong buddy for most situations where a good cutter is of use. Although its very noble looks, it can probably withstand easily daly tasks and many adventures. And just because of its very noble looks, it’s more than suitable for civilian use.
The communication with the Rockstead team was very comfortable and useful. She responded very nice to my wishes and made the purchasing process very comfortable and smooth.
Thank you so much for this masterpiece of Japanese craftsmanship.

Best Way to Procure a Rockstead
While there are several retailers around the world that sell these ultra-premium knives, going to the source has always been my favorite way. Good communication when necessary and fast shipping through DHL.
