I don't understand all the negative comments. I had no problems buying and receiving my items from this store. As it says on their info page, they're a retail store, so most of their items come from different sources. I bought two items, both of them arrived within a month from purchase. The first item arrived after two weeks. The other item's tracking number wasn't working, but after sending a message to the support email, they answered really quickly with updated tracking number. The item arrived within 1,5 weeks.
The products were also high quality, and fit perfectly. The bodysuit I purchased said it's really small size, and they advised on their website to size up. I bought a size 3 times bigger than I normally wear, and it was a perfect fit.

Update. I finally received a reply to my emails to rockndoll’s customer service email. They have since refunded me for the pants I didn’t receive. They also finally refunded me for the items that were too small after I submitted pictures showing the smaller than advertised measurements.

I appreciate that they refunded my money and took care of this. However, I am still upset that they took so long to reply, and that it took so many emails for them to do so. They said it was due to the emails going to a spam or junk folder, but if email is the sole form of customer service, I would think the spam and junk folder would be checked regularly.

Overall I’m happy to get my money back, but due to the customer service issues, and the sizing issues, I don’t know if I will order from them again.

I have written another review about this store, but I wanted to post an update.

I never received my full order despite the confirmation email saying that everything was delivered.

I replied to their customer service via email right away and never heard back.

Not only that but the items I did receive were considerably smaller than described.

I simply want to return what I received and get a refund for all of the items.

I’ve now emailed 5 times over a period of two weeks and have heard NOTHING in reply.

I spent a lot of money on this order which the company seems to have no trouble keeping. Their return policy says to contact them within a certain period of time upon receiving the order. Which I have.

Also, they took my money for something I didn’t get! The confirmation email says to contact them if there is an issue with my order. Which I did.

I have done my part, several times, and they have not honored theirs. There is no way to call their customer service, only an email, which they apparently ignore.

5 times I’ve emailed, and now This is my second review. They did not reply to my first review. We’ll see what happens after this one.

This kind of customer service is beyond ridiculous!

I highly recommend you don’t buy from this site! Even though the clothes seem cute, their sizing descriptions are way off and you will never hear from their customer service if there is a problem. They also don’t seem to care if they take your money but never send your item.

I loved the high knee boots. They took a while to get to my house but I am really happy now. I wish I could post a photo with them.
The customer service was extrardinary. Such sweet people :)

I ordered the Gothic fishnet tights. It took a while for them to arrive but they came in time and they fit pretty well! Good price and the quality seems good too! I'll come and buy something soon again!

I am very pleased with the products received. I'm just like in the pictures. I will always gladly return to this site with orders.

i bought THE black dress (twitter trend). it is cute for sure, but the elastics on the side are not very tight. also the little flaps don't stay up? (it's shoulder-less) like it's not falling down, but the little cut decorative squares at the top fall flat. but whatever tbh it's so cute i don't regret buying it and there are hacks to keep shoulder-less stuff up. i am guessing it doesn't stay up because of the fabric (velvet, kinda heavy). speaking of fabric, feels great!!!! outside and inside. very flattering and structured right. 8/10

i also bought a red, plaid, off shoulder tie up dress with zips. the material is veeeerrryyy thin and the dress lacks structure. its see through, although dark colors so idcm, thats how thin it is! the pockets are fake:/ it looked high quality, almost satin/ shiny on the website but irl it is a thin matte fabric. it's a bit big so i have to tie it in the back, and i always wear it with a belt because it looks awkward with no structure to it. don't regret buying it because i can make it look cute but it's definitely overpriced. 0/10

and i bought a mesh, bow on the front, long sleeved shirt (the sleeves hang down i think it's called "bat wing sleeves" or "peasant sleeves"). SUPER cute, am obsessed, one of my fave shirts now. quality is as expected, it's all mesh ( at least i'm 99% sure that's what it's called ) as i expected. feels comfy. fun to swing my arms around. 10/10
annnnd i bought a tennis, purple looking, plaid skirt. if u look closely the colors are more like blue and pink, cool illusion kinda thing. when i opened it my heart shattered cause it looked like a pencil skirt?? turns out, there is just a white thread on the bottom that u are meant to cut. after cutting it, it looks good! just like the picture. i thiiink the quality is good? it feels sort of hard (not painful or anything just thicc), so it keeps it's tennis-skirt structure well. and when i spin, it flows out a bit which is cute. not sure if this is how all tennis skirts feel though, as this is the first one i've ever bought. so, personally i think it's good fabric. it also has this odd white plastic thing on the side which is used to tighten / loosen the waist band. not dis-flattering but in the display pictures it blends better because it's black. will probably buy in other colors. 8/10

i ordered other stuff that hasn't came yet. idc about when it comes, just saying i'll review more later. i don't know if i recommend shopping here.. the prices are high so idk it's like playing slots. maybe u get something amazing, maybe u get something decent, maybe u get something bad. i've gotten one of all three hahah idk man if u have a lot of money go off. if u spend carefully, then go somewhere less risky.

First, allow me to comment on the quality of the items sold by this company. My daughter purchased a pair of boots from the website. The boot was found to be manufactured poorly, inferior material (plastic) and a faulty buckling system. With these failures, the boots lend to be dangerous presenting the likelihood of serious injuries!

Secondly, this order was placed by a minor, unauthorized, who is not bound to any contractual terms or obligations. I have forwarded two emails in a span of two weeks requesting return instructions in order to prevail with full refund of $56.99, to no avail. Obviously, their commitment for a two-day response time is irrelevant!

I ordered a plus sized corset, it took a while to get here because of COVID but the store was good at communicating with me. It arrived in great condition and I didn’t wanna take it off after trying it on, it’s so beautiful! Counting the days I can wear this out and show everyone

I ordered a Cat Ears Hoodie from Rock n Doll Store during the Covid Pandemic, it took 2 months and a half to come at my place but I understand that, this pandemic damaged everyone.
They answered at every email I wrote to them, they are soooo kind I really appreciate it !
And the Hoodie is amazing ! It's quality is very nice !
I recommend this store and I can't wait the end of this pandemic to order something new from them !! 🌹

This was my first time ever ordering online and at first I was scared a little bit on how it would be like. But RockNDoll store blew my mind. The order arrived and it was perfect!!! It was exactly like the pics on their website and it fitted me amazingly. The staff was also really helpful, they replied right away to my emails.
Looking forward to my next purchase at Rock n Doll store!!

On the 27th of March (2020) I ordered a skirt and a pair of pants. I received the skirt six weeks later. The quality isn't great, but the skirt is cute and comfortable. The pants never came. I contacted them twice and got really poor answers about where the pants were. Yesterday, the 9th of July (15 weeks after ordering), I finally received the pants. When I opened the package I immediately noticed the stitching coming out. The pants are cut poorly and were definitely not worth the wait. I will likely get one or two wears out of the pants due to the quality. I will not be buying from Rock N' Doll again and definitely do not recommend them.

I waited 2 months and nothing came in. They made me download an app to track the package and the app doesn’t even track it because it’s “doesn't support it” they don’t respond to emails or provide a phone number. I can’t even get my money back.

I ordered a Jacket and well it took 3 weeks to get here but it was worth the wait .
Cant stop wearing it even tho its fu*king cold here.

Idk why they are getting a lot of hate. I order a lot of stuff from this site and it’s great, the clothes are nice, and the material isn’t even bad tho. There’s people saying they don’t reply emails or the clothes never arrive? I live in Eu and I always got my stuff, without any problem and they always reply to my mails. Really like your store, keep selling it, one of my favorite websites

I had an issue when I placed my order because I accidentally picked a different size. I emailed them to correct the size of my order before it ships and they responded right away! I have received my order around 2 weeks from receiving the email notification that my order has been shipped and I am very happy with the quality of my order! Will definitely shop here again. ☺️
