This store is a joke. Don't buy from them. I bought three things (a dress, boots, and a bag), and the dress came, though the boots were the incorrect size and the bag was refunded without notice or explanation. I have emailed and dm'd their instagram, with no replies of course. And I checked the sites, and the bag I ordered is still in stock, so I have no idea why it was refunded.

Absolutely horrible. No response to emails so no refund even though their size charts are wrong and my shoes came damaged because of their packaging. Also they sell cheap stuff from AliExpress and Temu for twice as much.

Haven't received an item when I ordered 2 things I only received one and they said the delivered it but it wasn't there

Scam artists reselling cheap, sweatshop clothes for a premium. They have no customer service, so don't expect a refund or return without fighting tooth and nail with your payment provider for it. On top of all that, I just didn't receive on of the items I ordered with them, of course it was the most expensive item in the cart too. After going through PayPal, opening a case, and about five months later, I may finally see a refund for an item I never received.

This was the worst online shopping experience I had. My credit card was charged in November but did not ship the product. I waited for 45 days and sent them an email in January telling them not to send the product that if they have not shipped it yet as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. On the day I sent the email, they shipped the product immediately after me telling them not to. I have been communicating with them since and now already Feb 6. They refused to send me the postage for shipping it back to them.
Of course you cannot find through my gmail account as I used another email when ordering. If you need, I can forward all the email exchange for you to review.

I really like the detailing on the top, looks just like the pictures but just a reminder to anyone who's bigger breasted to size up! I got a large and have c cups for reference. Arrived really fast.

Its like a beuatiful dress i got great quality everything Stiched perfect together. The only was that it fitted but was a little to tight on the smallest Part of the sleeve which doesn't really make sense. Its so smooth and it does has no taints. It smelled it little but just a little . I was afraid it had a Bad China smell but it was so goo

This site is not trustworthy at all. I ordered things for about 100$ and only one out of four products arrived. The rest of the order got lost in the mail due to incorrect information on the packages. I’ve tried to contact the customer service several times but i didn’t get any response at all.

Beyond cute! Love them so much! Fit my style perfectly. Good quality for the price.

$55 sandals fell apart the moment I put them on, so they were clearly damaged upon arriving to me. They refused to give me a refund at first, then changed their minds and demanded I return the sandals for a refund. It says right on their website that they do not require customers to return damaged goods. They didn’t even offer to pay for the return shipping. I will never buy from this horrible store again and I deserve a refund. I did not pay nearly $60 for such horrible quality. I am an Instagram influencer with over 200k followers on various platforms and I will be letting others know about the horrible quality and customer service experience if I do not receive a refund

The hoodie I order was too small ! (Even tho I order a xl and always order xl), it was also very poor quality, that little wings it had removed themself after 1 wash.
I wouldn't recommend the store.

Don't get me wrong, the dress is gorgeous i love it so much, but the sizing isn't accurate, even tho I followed the size chart it was still a little too small and i couldn't zip it up. In order for it to fit, i had to get the zipper changed for another better quality one and now I can finally wear it! It looks amazing! However the quality isn't good, there's a lot of threading and I think that for the price it's pretty bad. The zipper is the worst, it feels like it's gonna break and it gets stuck very easily. just be aware of that, I wouldn't recommend ordering this dress because of the poor quality and the wrong sizing. The fact that you can't return an item for sizing issues is also very shady in my opinion.
I wouldn't order from RocknDoll ever again.

I ordered two dresses from them. They notified me they shipped and gave me a tracking number that didn't track anything. I emailed them every day till I somehow got another tracking number that worked. One dress was nice but the other one smelled so bad I threw it away. It smelled like mildew and it made me sick to my stomach when I opened the package.

I ordered almost $200 worth Of items from this store. One of my items (lace up leggings) was missing upon delivery. I immediately emailed them and also DM'd them on Instagram. As these are the only options to contact them. They completely ignored both. I commented on multiple posts and had a few comments deleted, then others just completely ignored. They like every single comment on their posts but deleted or completely ignored ALL OF MINE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. All of the items I received were super cheaply made with lose threads all over anyway. An absolute waste of $200. Save yourself your money and the disappointment ans spend your hard earned money else where. Because clearly this company could give two sh*ts.

I have emailed customer service about three times relating to my tracking number saying ‘shipment cancelled’ with absolutley 0 reply

Took my money and ran, and aren’t sending out my item. They continually delete my comments on social media. I now have to go down to my bank and explain the scam to them because this is ridiculous. Dont waste your time. Edit: Sent me an email with a new tracking number yet never explained to me what happened, or responded to my email. Just a generic ‘Your order has been shipped!’

Got a response a couple days after posting this review, which i assume is only because I posted it. Buyer Beware.

This is my first time ordering with this website and the experience has not been great. I order a shirt and pants and currently only have the pants but they are defective. The holes for the pants buttons are not cut out and I have been trying to reach someone about either getting a refund or a new pair sent to me for a week now. The pants themselves are cute but i can even wear them! The other reviews are correct in saying that the support is nearly nonexistent.

Overall this has not been pleasant.

On November 27th I ordered a Gothic Lace Mesh Inner Velvet Button Romper Jumpsuit, and emailed them regarding tracking and they responded pretty fast. On December 20th my package said it was delivered at my mailbox and I went to check it was not there. I have emailed them almost everyday to get a refund on my package that I have not yet received I still have not gotten an email back. Its frustrating when it said it was delivered and not there I just want a respond on what happen and if I can get my money back.
Edit: they finally responded and all they said "We are sincerely sorry, but we can only send a refund for orders if tracking information shows that there was unsuccessful delivery."
I recommend not buying from this place.
