Excellent Service from Start to Finish
Just back from a Premiere League game in London - my second via Matt and Rocket Hospitality. All information and communications are quick and concise and I wish all service businesses were as good as this. Matt was professional from the beginning of each transaction, and even followed up at the end to make sure our experience was satisfactory. I would recommend him to anyone and will be returning in the future for more events in the UK.

The service we received was exemplary. Contact back to any request was speedy and easily understood both by email and telephone if I chose this more old fashioned mode of contact! We could not give Matt and his team more than 5 starts, but if we could we would. Well done Rockethospitality. Eileen
