Helmet with lights came. The adjusting strap broke after a couple of rides. After multiple emails, I got my money back.
I used the ROCKBROS suction cup roof rack, and the “reinforced” quick-release appears to have failed while driving.
The bike fell over on the roof and moved around, which caused the dents and scratches on my car. I noticed the failure in time and managed to stop, which prevented an accident. However, there was a motorcycle behind me, and if I hadn’t realized what happened, it could have caused a serious crash. I was moments away from becoming the one responsible for a traffic accident.
I followed the installation instructions (cleaned the surface and checked the suction), and this occurred under normal driving conditions(40 km/h)
The manufacturer offered a refund for the product, but did not cover the damage to my vehicle.
Based on my experience, I recommend choosing SeaSucker.
I am posting this review to help protect cyclists like me.

The instructions suggest that the remote might (?) need to be charged. To access the charging port, the instructions say, simply unscrew the backing. Unfortunately, the screws are very tiny. I have a set of very small Phillips screwdrivers for model work. I could not budge the tiny screws. The remote simply does not work. I have emailed them three times asking for a solution but have received zero response.
Very annoying. I would not purchase anything from them again.

I ordered a POC Tectal Mips race helmet. It was delivered without it's original box nor helmetbag, just a plastic bag. The helmet itself was dirty and to me it it look s like it has been worn already.

Purchased a SAFETY helmet and the clip to keep the safety helmet on your head came off within a few days. Contacted the company and they interacted for a month, and then nothing. No refund, no replacement, no more communications.
Hope you get sued for supplying faulty safety helmets that don't keep you safe.
I got Rockbros bike frame bag which after year of use the zipper pull got broken because made from cheap material.
That company don’t stand behind their product.
So think twice before you buy anything from tem.
Their support is absolutely useless.
I’m very disappointed.

I purchased a teen bike for my daughter and spent over $500. The product never arrived. I e-mailed three times over a couple of weeks with no response. I tried to find a phone number, but there were none online that worked. They were all disconnected or constantly busy. Very bad customer service! Would not recommend.

I appreciate them taking the time to correct the problem and making things right in the end.
Bike seat bag that was ordered is complete junk, The mud flap that was included is deformed and cracked. The seat bag will not lock into holder that attaches to seat. First email took 4 days to return and second email goes unanswered. Will have to file with PayPal for refund. Lesson learned about this place.
Follow up: Finally got a full refund without returning products.

Seconding review for ordering bike late November 2025. However, unlike other poster I did not even received a courtesy - product out of stock email.
According to tracking order on hold - unfilled. But I never even received an email the order is on hold. Have reached out 5 Times with no response.
Is the company a scam? And have confirmed payment of product went through.
Update: ROCKBROS customer service finally got back to me after online reviews and multiple follow-up attempts. The bike is on back order due to factory availability.
Ordered trifold bike in Nov 2025. They said the color i picked isn't available so I chose another color and they confirmed change. On 60 day mark in Jan 2026 I emailed for status as order was not fullfilled 4 times. I never got response. Thier site shows bike as sold out but seems like they are selling them on ebay. So not sure why they can't ship me my order or respond to emails on status.

Shipping and receiving products was mildly confusing. However, the products and bang for the buck was worth it. If items state shipped or delivered just bare with them. They're on the way!

I ordered an expensive Rockbros helmet for my son for Christmas. It turns out it was just a little too small, so we went to exchange it for the next size up. Rockbros did not offer to send a shipping label or provide any other way to exchange the original helmet, and the cost to return it is $80 from UPS (including box) and $68 from FedEx (including box). This is basically the same amount as the item so now there is no point in retuning the original, and Rockbros is not responding to my questions about it. And, you cannot actually speak with someone - it’s email only. Ugh city.

I ordered a seat and seat bag for $63.98. They said the return policy was 30 days. I returned both items in one package way within 30 days.They refunded me $26.99 for the Bike seat bag but no refund for $36.99 for the seat. They said the warehouse may have missed recording my returned seat. 10/24/2025. I have emailed them every day and dead silence on their end. Not happy with RockBros. I will continue to email them for a thousand days until I get a response…Until I hear from RockBros, I will never use them again….Well I am revising my review. RockBros finally came through with my $36.99! after a long and tedious experience. .
I ordered some gloves and never got them. It showed on the shop app that it was delivered, but it never came to my house. This took about 6 weeks from the time of my order placement. They don't tell you it's coming from China, and put US after their name, to fool you. In the end I was able to get a refund and they told me they had some other orders being shipped to wrong addresses. My biggest issue is that it took 6 weeks to be sent out. Who needs that?
i love riding my bike Rockbros bags are so useful i use it a lot its quality is good
Rockbros sell photo chromic cycling glasses that include myopic frame insert. This allows prescription bifocals to be added, at a cost that well exceeds the glasses package. The myopic frame is not fit for purpose and breaks easily, making the whole package unusable.
I have asked that they include several pairs of myopic frames, five, in each package. As they break you could attempt to fit the bifocal lenses into the next pair, anon, hopefully enabling them to last for the 2 year warranty duration. My myopic frames broke after a few months. I have been chasing Rockbros to provide this solution. No response yet. So I would advise you do not purchase their glasses until resolved.
I will report back with an update, if any, shortly.

I thought Rockbros was a trustworthy company, but my experience has been terrible. I specifically orderd from them, because they promised 3-4 day shipping time, as i needed last minute items for my trip. My order was not processed until 5 days later and it took 14 days to arrive, thus not being able to actually go through with my planned trip. Moreover, 4 out of 6 items were missing from the order. Do not rely on rockbros to deliver any kind of decent service. never again.
