Being waiting for my two ordered bikes for 2 months now. Only received one generic reply from them during first month of waiting saying that "full bikes need to be assembled overseas before shipping.." nothing particular. I waited for another month and here I am 2 months later with them ignoring my emails and messages on Facebook. If they are legit their customer service is bad and the reason I'm calling my payment back. A joke, not a "reputable" business as they advertise.

Trying to get a refund and return a product. Company took a week to respond during which I initiated a dispute with my bank. They finally contact me and they want me to remove the dispute so they can "process my exchange" which isn't the action I am requesting. They're inisiting on an exchange of products instead of refunding me per my request.

I ordered a kickstand for a mountain bike and recieved notice through USPS Tracking that the shipment had been lost or damaged and could not be delivered. I contacted Rockbros 7 times at three different customer service emails (us@rockbrosusa, service@rockbrosbike, info@rockbrosusa), and messaged them on Facebook. No response. Silence. All I want is confirmation that a replacement is being shipped immediately and Rockbros has not so much as acknowledged I exist.

I recently purchased a few TPU tubes from Rockbros, but the valve stem diameter turned out to be too large for Shimano carbon rims. The stems don't fit through the valve holes on these rims. After looking into it, I found that this issue has been discussed online quite frequently. Otherwise, the tubes seem really durable and they're extremely light.

Quality stuff reasonable price reasonable time of shipment.

Shipping was a bit slow, and the box came ripped at the top.

Products are decent quality but the shipping is slow. I ordered a second product and immediately after clicking the order button I realized I clicked on the wrong item. There was no way to undo my incorrect sale. I emailed the company and they said the order was already in the system and too late to cancel it, just refuse it. I hadn't even got an order confirmation yet! It got delivered USPS with nobody home to refuse it. I had to take it to the post office and refuse it there. I am still waiting for the refund.

Great selection and fast shipping!

The fit is terrible. The lenses are set so awkwardly down on my face it’s not a good product.

The headlight was exactly as described, and shipped quickly. It may even be nicer quality than I expected!
